Amir in the photo department was so helpful. I was hoping to buy a sewing machine. They were out of stock, but he found one for me at a different store. I ended up not buying the machine, but Amir really went above and beyond. Thank you!

Came here to take passport photos of my baby. The employee Narges was very patient, professional, and gave tips for how to take a successful photo, as it is hard to deal with a crying one month old baby, but the result came out perfect.

This staff this location are knowledgeable and courteous. The one associate that is consistently helpful is Celia. She understands that medication is valuable and tries to the best of her knowledge to get the medication to the customer. I appreciate the clear communication she gives and her kindness to assist the customer. Thank you for your hard work Celia, in transferring the prescription and making sure there is effecient stock so there are delays!

The prices aren't great for most things, but the selection is better than most places so I think that's a wash. The staff here are friendly and know their store.

The store offers a genuinely nice and friendly service, creating a positive experience for customers. It's worth noting that parking can get quite busy during peak hours, so plan accordingly to ensure a smooth visit.

The photo lab here is truly the best. Amazing customer service, friendly employees. Passport photos are always professional and I think it was the manager of the photo lab who helped us, but he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I love this location. Quiet professional photo lab. I took visa photo here. Only 10 mins I got 2 perfect photo with stamps and only cost $22 including digital image. my friends went to Richmond store but the photo was dark face and service was slow. I highly recommend this photo lab in metrotown.

Love this London Drugs, it always comes in clutch, has great hours, and the employees are so incredibly nice and helpful.
One of their employees Ali, even went above and beyond to help deliver a patio furniture set to my apartment when I didn't have access to a vehicle to transport it. Thanks again! 10/10 would recommend :D

I think Ali is the best employee and most kind person in London Drug.

Once I came into London Drugs, he greeted nicely which made me promptly feel so welcome. And It took over a while to find something that I wanted to buy, eventually I asked him where it was and He tried to find creams for me. I really appreciated his professional, perfect, and nice customer service. I will visit this branch whenever i need to go to London Drugs. He was working 21:00 in the evening on Feb, 23rd . And his employee number is 207** that was written on my receipt. Thank you for your help again !

I had an amazing experience with the employee at the cosmetics counter this morning! She helped me understand which products might work for my super sensitive skin, and provided me with samples. I was so impressed by her knowledge and willingness to really delve into the details. I absolutely love the samples she picked out for me!

The photo lab staffs are very professional and patient. That's the reason we always place order with them. Their manager, Sky helped us to rush our photo album order in time to meet my Dad's birthday. His customer service was beyond our expectation. It's very grateful for London Drugs to have such professional people working with care.

Claire from the cosmetic department was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I was buying some LaRoche-Posay serums and body lotion. Later, Claire informed me that there were gifts sets for those products that interested me. I would get bonus products by purchasing the gift-sets with the same price. I had a $40 LD Extras LaRoche-Posay coupon and a $5 LD Extras voucher but somehow there was an issue for me to redeem the LaRoche-Posay coupon from the mobile app. Not only Claire was able to fix the issue, she also include a $5 manufacturer coupon to my purchase. In the end, I was able to save $50 plus getting bonus items from the gift sets for my purchase. WOW! Thanks Claire!
