Muckabout Gift Gallery

I just bought the most beautiful piece of glass art to gift to the lovely people at my dentist's office. My thanks to the lovely ladies in the shop for helping me today. I'm shining a bit brighter for the experience of it all.

This is a great store and I was very happy to discover it this year since we aren’t all going to craft fairs. Other stuff I got there needs to be secret for now, but here’s a photo of one guy who came home with me. There are lots of christmas ornaments too!

Muckabout is a special little shop in North Burnaby selling so many unique handmade items from pottery, jewelry, magnets, painted furniture, bees wax candles and more. They also sell my favorite paint, Fusion, as well as transfers and other amazing products.
Ninna is very knowledgeable and friendly. She happily answers all of my furniture refinishing questions and takes the time to explain the processes of using the products. I love that she also has a variety of classes to learn how to create so many unique gifts or to paint your own furniture. If you haven't been here before you've got to put it on your list!

I had a lovely time making beeswax candles with a group of friends at Muckabout. I'm actually sitting here now looking at my candle flickering inside the luminary that I made 😁 So pretty!! We were even lucky enough to see a new arrival of bees being fed! This was a really sweet outing and I learned a lot.

This shop is a gem! Walking in you’re bound to find inspiration. It’s a learning experience talking to the amazing shop owner Nina and her staff Jean ( hope I spelled her name right ☺). In this shop you’ll find niche items for and crafts, and a large variety of locally made honey, soaps, among other unique gifts. I hear that Nina’s workshops offer tools for learning and exploration. Customer service is exceptional- Nina goes above and beyond to meet customer’s expectations. Highly recommend visiting!!!

They offer such amazing pottery classes at such a discount it is honestly insane. I spent years trying to find a good pottery class and couldn't, but here it was at Muckabout.

the store itself is fairly nice and you can find a lot of niche things that are beautiful. The big thing here is the paint selection or DIY section, which is honestly amazing.

Great art classes. Loved playing with clay again after many years. Owner/instructor is a lot of fun and likeable. Tons of ideas for different projects if you want to do something for yourself, or follow along with one of the ideas she has. Cool selection of local crafts already made from a multitude of local artists. so

What a lovely shop with even lovelier people! It was a pleasure to pop by and talk, share ideas and take a look at awesome beautiful gifts for the whole family. Cannot recommend this store more!

Great selection of local arts and crafts tastefully displayed. Owners and staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Enjoyed my first visit and will check out the classes offered.

What a great evening spent making wax wraps! Filled with learning, laughter and making these amazing wax wraps for my family and friends. I can't wait to take other classes here, what a find!

This is the place to get Fusion Paint. The owner was attentive and helpful. Willing to answer all of my questions. She even told me to call the store if I ever had any more!

Lovely store. With at least three types of paint and host of ready made gifts I love to see what is new and exciting.

Went in for Fat Paint and came out with both the paint and a huge amount of extremely helpful information.
