The Body Shop

First time in the body shop. I had been given the tea tree face cleanser as a gift and wanted to repurchase. I went in the body shop they had a deal on for to for 20%off got the tea tree face cleanser and also the tee tree foam cleanser as a change of pace. And while there they quickly signed me up for there points membership program was very quick no wait. A very nice laid out store I enjoyed speaking to the staff there.

Their products are amazing. I feel like a princess

All the staff is really nice. I visit there several times. There is one tall Chinese guy who give very good service, though I couldn't recall his name. Also, there is a lady, I guess she is Indian, she gives good service. All the members are good. :)

The customer service was very nice during my purchase in store. I left my wedding tie in the shop, the staff tried to contact me, kept it for the second day and waited for me to come back to pick it. I thanks to the gentleman without asking his name. It is a great company with nice staff working inside.

Had a tall guy with white hair help me. Amazing customer service and he was super friendy. Recommended the aloe line after asking questions about concerns I had about my skin. Definitely coming back again.

My wife likes to go here to get soap. There is this exfoliating scrubber that is made of recycled plastic that we both love using. Unfortunately, the lady who makes it has retired and we have been searching various stores to purchase the existing stock.

Amena from Egypt was the best. She was really engaging, encouraging, and down-to-earth. Gave out lots and lots of helpful skincare tips. The service was excellent! I wish all salespersons are like her.

The customer service at this location is truly the best. The associate who has helped me twice recently is super patient and so helpful finding products that work best for me. I am always happy when I leave and go home and try everything I've bought!

I like their affordable skin care products, particularly the face creams and cleansers, my favorites are the hemp skin care line and the aloe skin care line. They also carry a nice range of fragrances at good prices. I like the rewards program too, and the fact that The Body Shop has frequent sales.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. One staff member, Roman, gave me skincare tips and made my shopping easier!

The Body Shop has been around for many years and is a special place to shop for gifts during holiday seasons or other special occasions.

In the eighties this was the place to shop. But, now there are many more choices.

In spite of more choices, The Body Shop is still a good place for buying quality products.

The people in the shop are knowledgeable and helpful.

I really like the products, the stuffs are helpful in helping the customer find their ideal products. However it is a bit pricy.
