Coffee is always good.. service is fast.. awesome seating and great atmosphere, people walking around you.

My favorite coffee shop. I love all their chocolate drinks but their dark chocolate ones are the best. I like to pair it with their famous chocolate hazelnut bignet. I just wish the rewards app is more worth collecting like points redemption is as easy as the other popular coffee shop chains.

Its a small coffee shop too small for such a big mall . Its right inside the mall at the entrance of the mall on lower level were the bus/skytrain transportation area . Its has some seating but 98 % always full hard to get a seat . Staff is decent . Coffee is good etc . The seats are comfortable and there are tables too . Its very busy this boxing week

New coffee shop opposite of winners and below silvercity. Lots of espresso and tea-based drinks and small bites available. Spacious seating area with lots of outlets and cute decor. Perfect for a pick me up on a rainy day or a quick break during a shopping spree!

Nice place to study/edit photos, enjoyed my iced matcha latte on soy. Interior design is nice, customer service is good. There are alot of power outlets to charge your laptop while working on your things.

Will probably became my go to place to do my work :)

The reason why I gave it 5 stars on each category was because every thing is so amazing there and the customer service is out standing there always so nice and friendly and so helpful and honestly if you can't make you your time they give you time to choose so yes they have really good patience as well and it's just amazing overall

This 5 stars are for their HOT CHOCOLATE! It’s the best hot chocolate I’d ever had. You can choose from white chocolate, regular or dark chocolate, I chose the dark, and the taste is fantastic! Rich chocolate taste with a smooth and silky texture, sweet but not greasy, it worth a praise.

Friendly service and their hot dark chocolate drink is my ultimate fav. Tip: if you’re a BCAA or SPC member, you can get a free upgrade with your drink. Always a good place to chill or study here but the seats are all taken most of the time. Nonetheless, I love the vibe of this café.

After a bus commute and before starting my christmas shopping. This Blenz Coffee location is at the perfect spot to restart and set your mood.

We had a cup of coffee there and loved it.
They have a comfortable place to sit.
It’s the first thing you see if you entered from the bus loop gate.
The prices are affordable.

I spilled my drink at Blenz today. The place was slammed, but the Asian Male barista was still able to get me a mop to wipe it up while balancing everyone's orders, insisted on cleaning it up themselves which I refused, and gave me a replacement drink without me even asking.

By far the best customer service I've ever gotten. Thanks to them so much!!

The pumpkin spice latte still just tasted like a regular latte, just cream taste but I was still pretty good.

The seating is the most comfortable seating I've ever had in any coffee shop I've been to. Really really nice.

Very good coffee. Yummy pastries.
However, they do not allow people sitting/waiting on their area without purchasing anything from them. I saw them asking people to leave.

I go to the upper level Location for my afternoon coffee. The service is always amazing and my double shot of espresso with light ice, 1 shot vanilla and soy milk is always made so well in particular the by the barista working this afternoon by herself Thursday May 13. She is always great at remembering the regulars and making them feel so welcomed! She also is great helping more than one customer at a time. I stopped frequenting the Starbucks because she makes them so well!

Love the service and food at Blenz Coffee. This place is worth visiting.

Service is excellent, they forgot to make the chicken roll, and when brought to their attention, they immediately made it and brought it over to my table. I know this may seem like a small thing, but it is the very basis that these small details are looked after with care that creates a great experience. Good vibe and an ideal setting for catching up with friends and a place to get some work done. Seating is comfortable and convenient location inside the mall.
