Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Every DQ location should be like this one! The service was great, the ice cream cake quality and decorating skill was amazing, the ice cream ratios in the cake were perfect, the store was clean and well stocked, and the ice cream cake taste was absolutely amazing. It’s like night and day compared to DQ cakes from other locations!

My sister bought me a cake to celebrate the launch of my dinosaur-themed book. She phoned to ask if DQ had any dinosaur cakes. The worker offered to make one, then LOOKED UP the book to copy the T-Rex on the cover for the cake! Absolutely incredible service, it really made my day.

Today I was served by a worker named Janesa with wonderful customer service, she double checked my order with me was kind. I was handed my ice cream and chicken basket together, it was amazing! Will definitely be coming back :)

I had ordered a cake with an edible print here. When it was ready I could not believe my eyes, it was so beautiful 🤩. The team here is great. They were very helpful and patient from the beginning to the end. They explained the process and answered all my questions patiently and in a friendly manner. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and order more cakes for future occasions. They were all good especially “Rachel” who took my order in person.

I had called the store asking if they had any ice cream cakes with dogs on it. Although they didn’t, the person who answered happily offered to make me one. She ended up making us a custom cake with our two shih tzus on it for same day pick up - I was not expecting that! Service was excellent and we couldn’t be happier with our custom made cake! I wish I had caught a name on the person who had helped me!!

Got a birthday cake for my FIL for his birthday. They asked what I wanted on the cake, I replied "no clue, but he's handy"

The location has ample space for the customers. The buster bar I had was quite good and sweet, but it does have peanuts. (Just as a precaution to consider when you are looking to order ice cream like the buster bar.) Otherwise, the bar is worth its price.

A lovely, friendly restaurant. Food is awesome. My daughter & I celebrated our birthdays earlier this year.
There's live music. Always a great time had by all. You'll never be disappointed.

Best place to get your customized Dairy Queen Cakes.
I don't trust the Dairy Queen on Coast Meridian, so decided to try this branch. The cashier was really helpful and all we had to do was email the picture, and they were able to print the Pokemon image on the cake. The image was vibrant and sharp. Cake was ready for pick up on the day I noted. Will not hesitate to order again.

Always good, fast service. The lineup was bearable. Took less than 10min. to wait, order and start in on the hot fudge sundae while waiting for our food. Yea summertime!

Honestly the best dairy queen in poco. The only place I trust to make my blizzards or birthday cakes. Friendly staff. Clean. I've never been let down by these guys weather it's in person or when ordering off skip.

My original review was from December 2022; today Nicole made my birthday Blizzard, omg, AMAZING! This is my favorite DQ and the staff are the best! Happy does taste good! Thank you so much Nicole! My birthday is much more happier because of your kindness 😊

Very quick and attentive service with my grill order done perfect even though it's like the hottest day this season and everyone else was get dairy treats. Nice to see the young ladies on staff weren't just going through the motions. Highly recommend

Friendly staff, fast to get your food.

Manager and staff are awesome. My son is practicing going into the store on his own to place his order, very scary but the pull of the ice cream is greater. First time he went in right at closing and they told him it was to late. He came out very sad . The manager caught what was happening , came running out , brought him back in and gave him two free ice creams . Best ice cream ever . Next time in by himself there was a small glich in his order , they fixed the problem and gave him a coupon for a free cone .My son has two great memories from DQ he will remember forever. Best customer service and great ice cream.

Better than any other ice cream place! I just wish the company did a upgrade in their stores, enforced better sanitary conditions, maybe consider excluding the burger menu - I barely have seen anyone ordering burgers there! We go to DQ quite frequently, I'd say 2 a week (pls don't tell my mom!). Frozen lemonades are the best choice in a very hot summer day. Other than that the ice creams are what you expect when you have a sugar craving...deliciously sweet!

Very nice staff. Really great during covid too! They gave my puppy a free Frisbee!

Very affordable upscale place. Always good to celebrate someone's birthday or any other special occasion. Food is great. It is traditional polish food. Service is spot on. Waitresses are constantly smiling and helpful in case you cannot decide.
