They definitely honour the 30m oil change policy from when the service on your car starts. I even feel bad for not paying as it took a little over 30 minutes. It include other services as car wash, checks of many elements and a very comfortable waiting room. This is the 5th time I have my car serviced there and I recommend it. Hope they don't change the fast service. Can't recommend it enough.

I never really realized or appreciated how prompt, friendly and reliable your service is at this location until, after ten years of Honda ownership, i bought a 3-year old Kia and within 6 weeks of owning it have dealt with two of their service departments on three different occasions for three little items, not one of which was satisfactory. ( “yes, we can give you an appointment in three weeks from today to diagnose why your key fob does not work at all even though you put a new battery in. yes, we realize that’s three weeks away. and yes, your car is still under warranty but we can’t tell you if this will be covered until we’ve diagnosed it.” )
You and your guys have always treated this customer well and your drive-in service is a great idea.

Been to this dealership for service twice. First time was to purchase new tires. Part order and service was good when buying, mounting, balancing, and installing new tires. Second time to come back was a week later after new tires were installed. A few days after the new tires installed the car’s TPMS alerted a low tire pressure. Checked all tires and all were a 2-3 lbs low but one was extremely low. So i pumped air into all four tires and couple days day the TPMS indicated low tire pressure again. This time only one tire was very low in air. Called up Service Advisor, Joe, and he was able to squeeze me in for appointment the next day. Brought the vehicle in and found the fault to be a defective tire pressure sensor. Destination Honda replaced the faulty sensor. So far it has been couple weeks since the sensor was replaced and no more air leakage from the sensor. Destination Honda was accommodating with urgent repairs. Excellent customer service and they take good care of their customers. Thank you to Sean, Joe, and Destination Honda for taking care its customers.

Service at Honda Destination Burnaby is always a great experience! Sitting and waiting in a customer lounge, waiting for my Honda Pilot to, not even finished a coffee…DONE! Very quick and efficient. The last 2 times, my serviceman was Luiz, the great guy there, who deserves big appreciation and compliment! He did all great job from admitting the car to communicating the result. Thank you.

You can learn a lot about a company's management, business ethics, and culture when things go wrong. Allow me to share a brief incident that illustrates this point. In January, I had to postpone getting my brake service done until July due to time constraints. When I finally booked an appointment on a Monday, I was informed that it would take a maximum of three hours, which seemed reasonable for both the oil and brake service.

On the scheduled Friday morning at 8:30 AM, I arrived for my appointment, still expecting to be done by 11:30 AM. However, as the hours passed, there was no update from the service advisor. It seemed like they were unsure about the progress around 12 PM or 1 PM. Feeling frustrated, I decided to speak directly with the service manager, as this was an unacceptable standard of service for me. I didn't appreciate having to dedicate 5-6 hours of my day for what I believed to be a straightforward service. If it was going to take longer, they should have communicated that upfront so I could plan accordingly.

At this point, the way a company handles such situations reveals a lot about their culture. In many shops or dealerships, there is often a combative atmosphere where they prioritize maximizing revenue from customers and blame them for having unreasonable expectations when things go wrong. However, in this particular dealership, the manager showed no mistrust and genuinely seemed concerned about the service standard. He assured me that he would investigate the matter and provide me with a resolution.

True to his word, the manager followed up with me and acknowledged that it was indeed wrong for me to be given false expectations and then not have them met. This experience stood out to me because it contrasted with the common industry practice. I had initially purchased my car from this dealership, which provided a flawless and excellent experience. The entire deal was conducted via text, and they have consistently exceeded industry standards in all my service appointments. This level of commitment and customer-centric approach is rare in the car industry, where many establishments prioritize short-term gains over long-term customer satisfaction.

This only reinforced my belief in the exceptional quality of the team at Destination Honda. Despite encountering two issues there, they made sure to resolve them promptly. It's refreshing to find a place that understands the importance of the long game and prioritizes customer satisfaction over quick financial gains.

However they should get Cream for coffee vs the coffee mate.

This is the best car buying experience we have ever had. For real. The staff know their stuff, are so transparent about price etc. Great selection of cars, we are so happy with ours. Got everything done quickly and we couldn't be happier. Location is clean too, nice bathrooms and a great coffee machine made for a fantastic afternoon that could have been very stressful! I’ve been driving a Honda vehicle since 2001 and this service location is by far, one of the most friendly, professional, and responsible car parts and services department. I’ve dealt with Brandon Lee, Ronald, Maurice, and Justin - each one of them are patient, knowledgeable, and kind. Recently, I’ve had some brakes and car battery issues which resulted in 2 rather long appointments. They ordered me an Uber to send me home so I didn’t have to wait forever at the dealership. I loved how they checked in with me before proceeding with the repairs and explained what these repairs are if I chose to proceed with them. Thank you for going above and beyond. I truly appreciate the care you’ve provided me and my family over the years!

A little back story before arriving to Destination Honda Burnaby. Since January of 2023 i had been waiting for a factory Honda CV axle (because an independent shop threw out my original one when replacing) and i had been using an aftermarket one just so i could at least drive my car. But the aftermarket axle would always cause shaking at certain speeds ( ie. 30km and 80km) which was annoying to say the least. Fast forward to April 21 and after 3 months of constantly chasing leads i finally got my hands on a OE Honda CV axle from the parts department at Honda Burnaby. The guys and gals at Destination Honda Burnaby are superb. Booking was beyond easy. When you arrive you are setup with a service advisor who is very knowledgeable about your car and what needs to be done. It is easy to make requests about what you would like to get done (i did not want a car wash because i do my own and they were happy to comply). While waiting there is complimentary coffee in the waiting area and a TV, but you can also walk around the Dawson area if you don't want to sit for too long. After only 2hrs my car was ready and the axle fixed to FACTORY NEW. Sam the service advisor was very respectful, attentive and supportive in all aspects of the service. There are no words to show how thankful i am to Sam and the Destination Honda team for fixing my car and restoring it to its former self. One last note, it seems to me that the team at Burnaby Honda is not afraid to make things right if something were to go wrong. I have piece of mind when i know this and im sure others would agree. Thank you again Sam and the Destination Honda Burnaby Team.

I had an exceptional experience with Patrick at DHB. I brought my Civic to their facility due to the A/C blowing hot air. Upon arrival, I noticed they had efficiently organized two separate lanes—one for appointments and another for express service. Patrick, the knowledgeable representative at the front, promptly walked me through the process and explained the likely cause. He estimated a reasonable repair time of approximately 5 hours.

What truly impressed me was the extra level of service provided by DHB. They arranged for a courtesy Uber ride to take me back home and later return me to the facility once the repairs were completed. This thoughtful gesture made the whole experience even more convenient and customer-friendly.

Throughout the process, Patrick made sure to keep me well-informed. He provided regular updates via SMS, informing me of the progress made during the diagnostic phase as well as the subsequent repairs. This level of communication helped me stay informed and reassured throughout the entire process.

Furthermore, I appreciated that DHB did not try to upsell me on additional services during my visit. Patrick focused solely on addressing the A/C issue and did not pressure me into unnecessary repairs or maintenance. This transparent and honest approach was refreshing and instilled trust in their expertise. I felt confident that they were genuinely looking out for my best interests, which further enhanced my overall satisfaction with the experience.

Its my best experience since I moved to BC. I've try some other place to service my crv. Well they aren't bad. just wondering to try another place just to make comparison between other honda services. Custemer service with Luiz, great fascility, coffee, wifi, comfort seat, big screen, and the most important is waiting time, just how fast they work. Got washed and vacuumed inside. Will definitely come back to Destination Honda Burnaby Service in my future service . Once again THANKS LUIZ

Excellent service; was given a rental car for the day for tire replacement & wheel alignment. Work was done quickly but they had no issue with me keeping the rental for an extra day having travelled home thinking it would take longer. Just had a diagnostics check done on a transmission issue but the guys here were super helpful! Also came in with my two little kiddos (3yr and 1yr old) and so many helped with keeping them safe in the shop and talking to my oldest, holding doors open etc. Really appreciate all the courtesy they gave me!
