I came here with a group of geocachers after our Spogomi. This is a Japanese term which means the sport of picking up trash. We picked up 35 kg of trash and 1 lb of cigarette butts in less than 1 hour. McDonald's was gracious enough to allow us to put their garbage in their bins. Lots of fun.

Quarter Pounder, Big Mac, McDouble, and Cheeseburger. All are favorites, depending on how much I want. And always with fries.

We had nothing but an appetite when we arrived on vancouver island on Christmas eve. The play area was perfect for an all-day car bound child, and the food is the quality you exp3ct from the golden arches.

We selected curbside pick-up for our mobile order for the first time. This park spot gave us time to finish our 4-person order and use my uploaded debit card to pay. The burgers were at our window in less than 5 minutes. This McDonalds had a full drive-thru and magical staff.

This time around the breakfast two can dine gave us more satisfaction because the sandwiches were fresh, meat was juicy and wholesome.

It has probably the best play place I've seen in a long time. The staff were attentive even with all the children in the building. Of course the food is is McDonald's

I had a short amount of time to grab a meal before picking someone up from the airport and was super happy see two drive through order lanes. I can’t recall the last time I was at a McDonald’s restaurant but my experience was very positive. The service was friendly professional and fast and my food was exactly like I expected it to be… hot and tasty.

These guys SOMETIMES get my ordwr wrong, i live in the area and frequent it. BUT they correct it immediately IF you KINDLY speak up, and they are just overall nice workers really. I like the lady that takes the order thats there 24/7 . she nice

If it seems busy when you arrive at the drive through the line goes quick, can be a little confusing figuring out if you were first ordering or if the car next to you was, however if you pay attention it's never an issue. Employees and quick and efficient. I've never had something come out wrong from this location even during their busy times. Personally haven't gone inside this location so I can't speak on that. But the drive through service is great

I tried the chicken wrap for the first time and it was tasty!

This one goes out to Jenna. She took our order very early on Saturday morning, 30 June. She was one of the cheeriest people we've ever encountered in any drive through. Very pleasant and sweet for such an early hour. Thank you. On another note, this is the only McDonalds we go to in the area and it's all because of the service. There are a lot of aboriginal youth that work there from the local reserve. They are wonderful, professional and cheerful. They truly do bring the meaning of "service with a smile" to life. Please pass on to all of them how wonderful they are and what a great job they are doing. Thanks

Always clean. The customer service T this location is amazing

Very consistent, sometimes the bun-pickle-patty alignment can be off. However that happens at other McDs.

I've only ever had good experiences at this location, so I don't understand all the bad reviews. It's always very clean and the staff are friendly. Food only takes a few minutes and the manager is very focused on making sure that the place is clean, so that's great.
