He was on time, explained what he would do did a perfect job and went above and beyond helping us with our garden gate lock that someone else could not do. Israel was on time, replaced my lock in under 10 minutes, had the lowest service call and labour rates among his competitors, and was customer service focused during the installation. He asked me if I was 100% satisfied with the installation and then adjusted and readjusted the angle of the lock until I told him I was completely happy with the installation results. He was able to be onsite the day after I called him because Houdini Locksmith has a 24/7 call centre and he made sure to follow up on the day of the appointment to confirm. Easily five stars and I highly recommend you consider Houdini Locksmith when you shop around for a locksmith.

I called Houdini Locksmith after my car key broke off in the ignition and I needed to replace it. Israel responded immediately to my call and made me a new key the same night. I found him professional, friendly, efficient and the whole thing was done in minutes. The fee was also extremely reasonable. I had called the service department at a local dealership before calling Houdini and they were going to make me wait 4 days for an appointment and charge me 3 times as much. I also would have had to leave my car there all day. So glad I called Israel!
