Excellent service j'y ais été dimanche le 9 juin a 8 hrs am ,mais quel gentil employé souriant et drôle merci pour ton service

Station closes at 11 pm.. got there at 10:55 to put gaz and the guy with the red sport car had already closed the pumps and was ready to leave… tried to pay at the pump with the credit card and he did not bother to authorize the payment.. work until 11 kid, thats what you’re paid to do

I arrive at 11PM to put air in a tire. I pay with my CC and debit, after some mins, rejected. I put coins....It did not work. Nobody to speak, station was closed. I went to Port du Nord to do the same and it works. Next day I enter and told the guy in the shop that the machine did not worked...He said that machine was working and without proof he could not return the money (I never ask for the money back). I told him that if the machine did not works during the night they should put a sign saying that.
Based in his answer I am sure they will not do nothing. That is not a way to deal with customers.

5:50 am samedi matin vous avez une employée sur place. C'est quoi d'allumer les pompes 10 minutes avant... ben non désolé on ouvre juste à 6:00am.
Je paye directement à la pompe en plus.

Très mauvais service.. 2 filles fumaient dehors... personne pour m’accueillir
A l’intérieur. J’ai passe 1 min facile sans aucun service et supervision. Je suis Gérante et ark pourri!!!
