April 2024 Great Selection. Trenton is always well stocked. I rarely find that they don't have the item I'm looking for even if it is on sale. They're spring flower collection and products are extensive. A couple more weeks and this place will be busy!!!

Sept 2023 I needed some touch up paint for a bedroom. I wasn't sure if Canadian Tire had a scanner. I asked Google maps followers and received 2 responses within 12 hrs. I went down with my paint sample and they quickly mixed up the paint. Great service.

Dec 23, 2022. BIG STORM. My sump pump was almost running constant, barely keeping up. I needed a small pump that I could run to continuously draw water. They were on Sale and IN STOCK! Added on a little 1/3hp with a small hose. My sump is thanking me!!!

Nov 2022 Love this store. Staff is great. They usually do not run out of sale items. Easy access.

Phenomenal customer service! Cyndi was professional and fast. I had a defective chainsaw and after a couple of clarifying questions she had me with a replacement product and out the door in 15 minutes.

What's has stock, great parking, and can bring my dog in with me!

The dog went in again, and as always, got a free treat from the hunting department! She absolutely loves it there, it's such a nice thing that they allow dogs to go in.

My husband and I received such great service from a young man named Max this past Friday that I had to share so that maybe he will get some acknowledgement from his supervisor. This was such a rare occasion to have someone so polite, courteous and efficient to assist us. This is not just at Canadian Tire but at any establishment these days. It was a welcome change to the new norm.

Wonderful, helpful staff at this store. Over the weekend, a staff member walked me over to a seasonal aisle at the far end of the store to find oil for a chainsaw I just purchased, today a young lady saw me looking for a dehumidifier, asked if she could help and sorted through the heavy boxes until she found the model I was looking for. Then the cashier proceeds to take the time to share her suggestion that I use the water in the dehumidifier to water plants as she does at her home. Never get this kind of service from the competition - they just point in a direction and tell you to find it yourself. Highly recommend this store and their team members.

Was there for Corrosion Free, rustproofing great stuff. It's not all over your driveway or on the road. It's stuck to the bottom of your car or truck. It's simply the best.

After a scheduled appointment “fell through the cracks”, I made a follow up phone call to discuss.
The next day at their appointment offering, Rick in service made me feel like the only customer present, and made the repair in record time, and completed professionally once again.

Great experience. This was the first time in this store as I'm from Belleville. I came for a wine cooler/bar fridge that was out of stock in Belleville. There was a wonderful lady at the front desk when I arrived who attended to me right away. She even got me a cart and had some staff put it in my car for me. Very small town feel as far as service. I will make the drive to shop here again just for the staff :)

I find myself here often to pick up things we need for around the house, they always have what we need in stock and my favorite thing about this specific location is that sale items are not typically hard to find in store!

We went in the store today to find a new carseat for our ever growing baby, we found one on sale for cheaper at Walmart and wanted to price match. It wasn't the exact same model so we decided not to get it, a few mins later as we were walking around the store the manager called us back up to customer service & told us he has it on sale for way cheaper than Walmart. We ended up saving $120 on a carseat that will last our baby until hes up to 110lbs!! The store manager and staff went out of their way to make sure we didn't leave disappointed. Thanks everyone we will be back!!

Never had a problem with staff, very couteous, except i brought back a can of spray paint that was clogged, and would not even spray once, they returned it no problems, but they put it back on the shelf.

My visit was in the automotive service department for my brakes. The staff was super friendly and helpful and honest . I was a drop in and they took me in quickly and were kind enough to show me in person the issues with my vehicle. I did end up, as per their suggestion, getting it towed to my home as otherwise I would have been stuck for a couple of days away from home. I was so grateful! Thank you.
