They have a great selection of soccer, hockey and basketball gear and lots of good deals.
I have bought a few jerseys and soccer gear as well.
The location is unbeatable and the sales people are very friendly and helpful.

Finding my size is usually a frustrating challenge, but from the moment I walked in, Onjo took customer service to a whole new level. He was so attentive, kind, and determined to help me find exactly what I needed. His enthusiasm and dedication were contagious, and he didn’t stop until I was completely satisfied. I left the store with a smile stretching from ear to ear, feeling like a million bucks! Onjo turned what could have been a stressful shopping trip into a joyful experience.

Love the easy self-service lockers when picking up online orders. Fast, hassle-free. Very easy to return online orders too. No receipt needed, Just had to bring back my returned items with the original outer packaging in which it was shipped. (the barcode printed on the plastic packaging served as my receipt

I had the pleasure of going into this store and received the best customer service I have had in years. It is so hard to find anywhere post Covid, that still believes in great customer service. I was lucky enough to be helped by a man I believe is a manager, named Emmanuel, that was not only highly knowledgeable about his products, and extremely helpful, but provided customer service second to none. You are a breath of fresh air in the retail industry sir, keep up the great attitude.

Today my family and me visited Sport Chek, Metropolis at Metrotown branch. We all are highly pleased with the assistance from its staff. I need to mention Mr. Umar's name. He provided all support in the counter, in ladies sports wear section, another lady helped my wife a lot to select dresses according to my wife's choice.
I really appreciate the service I received from all staff of that branch.
But my experience regarding Sport Chek in the City of Lougheed Shopping Centre is totally different, as they are not at all helpful with me, don't know about other.

I visited today and had the pleasure of being assisted by David, who showcased outstanding customer service. He was not only incredibly helpful but also went the extra mile to ensure we had a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

Today I visited this store with my family, And a person Named Umar helped us with signing up with triangle master card, and we love the experience of shopping at this store, and getting new credit card experience is also great, thanks will come sure again.

My very first experience with SportChek was just amazing. The customer service was just great. Mr. Umar really helped me throughout my shopping and he was very friendly, informative and very supportive. I am a huge fan of Nike running shoes and I bought it. Yesterday, I have visited this location regarding the exchange of item I purchased few days ago, the staff over there was so rude since they were not accommodating me at all, until I met Mr. Umar who not only calm me but also helped me out in exchanging the product. I really appreciate this kind of customer service and gonna come back for sure.

Ved was very helpful with helping me find gloves for weight lifting in the correct size. The store shelves appeared out of stock, however, Ved never gave up and was able to find the right ones I needed from the new received packages which were not yet placed in stock. 6 out of 5 stars!

Trying to a find a pair of Air Jordan 1 for my teenage son who has wider and bulging feet from years of hockey.
Surprised to learn nowadays you could expect almost no help from shoe sales in major retail chains until we ran into Buta at Sport check.
Dedicated, patient, and knowledgeable on the product, spend the time hand measuring my son's feet to fit us into the perfect size.

One of the bigger sportcheks around. Friendly staff overall....looking at the comments, of course there will be times where there will be variability in service, it's just the nature of this type of sales....but overall I find the staff will answer your questions or ask someone who knows....and truly most things you can just search yourself online.

I was here today with my fellows and experience great customer service by Mr Umar regarding triangle master card, Appreciated, Will come again for sure.

Oct. 14. 2023. I walk in and immediately greeted by great staff. I make my way to the Nike section, pick up a few things, a staff member greets me while I am shopping asks if I am finding everything okay. The lady at the cashier is fast, friendly & professional; she totals everything and find that all the items are on sale!! Yes!
After my crumby experience minutes prior at the Nike store, thank you Sport Chek for making my b-day shopping experience wonderful!

Came to the store to do some exchanges. Some mistakes were made because I brought the wrong receipt. I was so frustrated because I was in a rush and so worried the amount will get wrong due to the wrong receipt. However, the cashier Jennifer ( from her name tag) , She is really helpful and tender! She calmed me down, explained the details of the amount , the procedures and what should we do next. I followed her steps and I feel so calm and safe. At the end, when we finally done all the exchange procedure and make the amounts right.
Afterwards, I have to make a purchase. I’m not sure how much I have in my Metro gift card. And there is no internet in the store. So I’m not able to check it. Jennifer, again, she saw my worries, and she helped me called the numbers and figure out my gift card amount so I can finish it. Not the first time have great experiences in the sport check store Metrotown with their very well trained staffs! Thank you for the great Experience!!!!!
