Finally the first Decathlon in BC. Our go to place for outdoor and sporting. Great value and good quality. Also comes with 365 days return policy if you join their membership. Definitely will return again.

A one stop ultimate store for all your sports needs. A great new store with lots of items to test it and buy. Great sales more often and budget friendly.

This is an amazing store! It's like stepping into an outdoor adventure right in the mall! They have every thing you could imagine and at a very affordable price. The staff are very helpful, friendly, and not afraid to rough it with you as you add the finishing touches to your adventure dream! Special praise to Yigit, an employee who is just a plethora of wonderful information coupled with an approachable demeanor he made my entire visit something I had to post on the web!! Highly recommend this store to all newcomers to outdoor adventures and to veterans of the lifestyle as well!!

Some prices are very good. Especially since kids stuff. If course you need to shop around. This store is first one in western Canada. 2 level store took over the old forever 21 location. Great selection of bags, shoes, various sporting goods and camping too. Decathlon is from France, multiple locations in Ontario. I think it's gonna be an interesting competitor. Hope it does well. Cool check out with rfid quick checkout. However, only one cashier. If you need tax exemption for teen that wears adult clothing you'll need to speak with them.

We visited to exchange a defective tent, and he guided us through the entire process, even though it wasn't his responsibility.

Unfortunately, we initially dealt with Johnson and Rehmatullah, who made us return to the store for a second, unnecessary check and didn't assist us with the exchange. They seemed to be making excuses not to help, despite us being frequent customers.

In contrast, Adrian went above and beyond to facilitate the exchange. He explored multiple solutions and eventually completed the process with other managers on a different day.

As an international brand, you should hire more managers like Adrian and fewer like Johnson and Rehmatullah, who made our experience unpleasant with their lack of effort and poor attitude. If it weren't for Adrian, this would be a 1-star review, and we wouldn't return to the store.

Outstanding customer service!!! I was helped by Roberto, an amazing customer rep. He was very helpful, super knowledgeable, kind and always willing to give us what we need to enjoy decathlon products. We found exactly what we needed to enjoy skiing at the mountain. I am impressed about prices, quality seems to be great, I can't wait to try our new ski gear!! I am definitely coming back. Thanks!!!

I'm so happy Decathlon opened this huge store in Vancouver. The staff was AMAZING proposing some items to me. Thank u Roberto for helping me with the membership at the checkout. Definitely the #gotoplace for sporting in the town.

Great place for those that want to build a home gym under the budget. I hope they get to open more locations around BC.

Great location. Largest in BC. Offers a large variety of sports equipment, accessories, outdoor stuff. Can easily spend 30min here 😂

I went there today with my girlfriend and the store had an incredible atmosphere. Kids were playing, and it seemed the people shopping were encouraged to try out their products and to play with them. It's been a while since I've been in a store that felt truly alive. They have such a huge range of things to buy and I find that their products are super high quality and quite affordable at the same time. I really enjoyed my experience there today and found lots of cool new products to use. One notably the back massage ball that I got for a super cheap price compared to anywhere else as well as hand squeeze weights I can use for my shadowboxing. I also really like the colors of their products, we got a resistance band the color neon orange my favorite color.

Went to my first decathlon last year in Paris and happy it’s in Burnaby now. They got plenty of selection of sporting goods at a very good price. Lower than many other competitors.

Their pop up store has opened and they have a lot of items in store. The quality is good and reasonably priced. They have all season goods in display when I visited this evening.

I was interested in getting a kid bike for my son. Shout out to Nina who was super helpful in giving instructions on choosing the correct size for both the bike and the helmet. She also did not hesitate to show us around other store sections and help us find some the stuff we need.
Overall, super impressed by the wide range and great values of products and the staff dedication. Can't wait to visit the store again.

As a European (addicted to this store back in my home country) living in Vancouver for almost a decade, I am more than thrilled with the opening of Decathlon in Beautiful British Columbia. The variety of items in every single sport is great. The range of different prices and qualities of products is pretty wide as well, so when you are just starting in a sport you can always find something affordable to try, and then, when you get some expertise, you can progress to a better product; but still with a nice balance between quality and price. I have missed so much Decathlon since I moved to Canada and I am so happy you guys are here now!

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly too. Today I was kind of confused with the Self Checkout and Roberto helped me very diligently and he explained to me all the perks of the Decathlon Member card (which, by the way, are many more than they used to be many years ago). Roberto was very helpful and he really made me feel welcomed, so I thought I was at home. Definitely Decathlon is the one-stop shop Metropolis mall was missing for such a long time and I wish you guys all the best.

The best place to buy a bike in Vancouver. Get help from Yigit from the bike department to choose the most suitable bike for you, he really knows this job very well and when you choose what you need, there is no doubt in your mind.
