Best service you will find, came out for an emergency call when my basement backed up after a crushed n clogged pipe. Saved me while selling my house and leaving the country in 2 days. Came with an excavator next day and have a big pipe changed. Pricing was fair, job was done right, and whole whole crew are great humans! 1st and last company you will ever need for plumbing in HRM and beyond

I knew this wasn't a good sign, so did a search for plumbers, saw your reviews and texted you. Not only did you respond at a very early hour (and I certainly didn't expect that), but you also recognized the urgency of the situation... and were able to fit me in your schedule that day. You were able to locate the issue - a plugged filter in our septic that we didn't know about. You showed me where it was, how to clean it, & told me it should be done every 6 months. You were prompt, efficient, and so very pleasant to interact with! I'll be recommending you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I haven’t had Troy at my home yet but I wanted to give a well deserved 5 star rating now. As most people in the province, we have a pipe issue due to extreme cold weather. My boyfriend just called many companies and all we get are voicemails, Troy actually answered. Not only did he answer at almost 8pm, he gave advice to help troubleshoot. If this doesn’t solve the problem, we’ll definitely call him.

Amazing! My sump pump failed and my basement flooded. I texted Troy he got back to me right away and went over and beyond to get me a new pump. He was here and had it fixed within a couple hours...and on a Saturday!! Absolute hero thank you so much!

We had the best experience with Troy. He not only answered our call at 2000 on a Thursday evening but he showed up not long after. He fixed the problem, explained the process and what caused it and truly was great to deal with. I would recommend him 1000 times over to anyone.

Troy not only answered my call, but fit me in his very busy schedule so I could have a suite ready for a fellow Scotian who was living in poor conditions. Troy and Tom showed up when they said and did an amazing job putting the kitchen sink in the suite. They went over and above what they needed to do. I cannot thank them enough for their professional work and friendly and kind energy.

Had no water this morning - seemed to stop while doing a wash. These guys were recommended in the local community pages and I know why. They were here within 5 min and had everything fixed up in no time. Friendly guys and so helpful. Highly recommend them and will refer them from now on !

Nobody wants to be stuck in a situation where you can't use your plumbing(especially when your 8.5 months pregnant). And of course it always happens late at night. All of our toilets, sinks and shower would not let water go down the drain. My husband called Troy like 8 or 9pm and he was here early the next morning. Very professional and friendly! Came in and fixed everything up with no problems. Also was great at explaining what happened and why it happened and also how to try and not let it happen again 🙂. We also had a loose(?) flusher on the toilet that we would have to flick once flushed to get it to stop filling and he just took it upon himself to fix that for us as well which we were so happy 😀. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!
ALSO JUST A SIDE NOTE: He was the only plumber that actually answered his phone when we were calling around! We had called a couple "24 hour companies" and could not get any answer. So we are also so thankful that Troy answered the call that late at night!

Troy answered his phone, Called back when he said he would, showed up when he said he would and had my drain unplugged and pipe replaced in under an hour. Excellent service. I will use him again & recommend him to clients.

Came really quickly as happened to be on the lane where I lived. He had to go to purchase the part and was back with his partner to do the job which was to change a faucet. He is well known in our area as I had asked a friend for a recommendation and it happened to be Troy as well. Thank you for fixing the issue so quickly.

Arrived home on a Saturday evening to discover a leak in progress. After sourcing recommendations on a local community Facebook page, several suggested Troy. We called, he answered, and was here within 30 minutes (on a Saturday night!). And, coincidentally, he did the plumbing work in our last house 10 years ago. He was perfect then, and even better now. Would absolutely recommend Troy... you won’t regret it.

I had a few plumbing issues so I called Troy as he was recommended by one of the Brownie leaders in Mount Uniacke. He showed up within a day of being called. He was friendly and knew what he had to do to fix the issues in under an hour. He came back the next day with the materials he needed and now my toilet doesn't rock n' roll and my kitchen faucet no longer drips continuously ! Thanks Troy!

Great experience! Was super helpful and provided me with some things I could try myself before they came out. Gave me a thumb drive with the video of the drain, explaining what was happening.

They replaced my well pump, I called the night before and he helped me do some troubleshooting over the phone. came the next day and replaced my well pump, excellent service, friendly, and at a great price, couldn't be happier.
