VERY pleased with our experience. We were lucky enough to deal with the manager "Jay". Jay was over the top patient with my 14yr old son, really involving him in the decision making process in buying his graduation suit. Jay can count me in as a customer going forward.

I’m not one to usually leave reviews but Sydney was absolutely awesome. She double checked and was thorough with all measurements and honestly I’m so happy with how my tuxedo came out. Also, customer service was phenomenal. 5 stars ⭐

I didn't end up buying a suit here when I went, but the service was incredible. The woman who helped me out was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I recommend for anyone looking for a suit.

Cindy or Sydney... sorry I am unsure which one is correct, but she helped me last week with my sons perfect outfit for his graduation! She was extremely helpful, polite and kind. She didnt try to push anything on us but rather listened to what we wanted or desired. We were initially approached by another lady whom worked there and she was very unprofessional... she didnt care what we wanted and kept trying to throw other items at us, well ignoring us to try and help 2 customers at once. Im glad this great worker came over to help well the rude one got busy with her already existing customer, she seemed to not wanna allow her coworker to even help anyone. It was very annoying and uncomfortable 😒 but Sydney was amazing!! I would have gone elsewhere if she wasnt there, thankfully she was and my son looked extremely handsome! Thanks so much 🙏

Came in today to look for a suit for my father in-law for an upcoming event. Pina was super welcoming and amazing to have helping us. She was very helpful and made the experience go smoothly. They have a huge selection, just not too much in larger sizes. If she is working you will for sure have a positive experience. If you come across Pina she will brighten your day.

Fantastic service as always! Staff is always super helpful and nice! Jay (I think that was his name) was awesome, he deserves a raise!

I went I Looking for a suit for an upcoming family wedding. I didn't want to spend a fortune. Pina was outstanding! She found me a suit and introduced me to options I wouldn't have thought would work on my stout frame. And the suit I bought was from the clearance rack! Lol

Mark was very helpful. He fitted my son for a suit, shirt, belt, socks and shoes for his graduation. He was helping a few of us and was still very attentive to each customer. One happy mom here!

This was the first time I could get my husband to purchase a nice suit. A huge thank you to Mike for helping us. He took the time to explain different looks/styles for events, care tips, and even how to properly execute the attire while wearing it (sitting, pockets, pocket squares, shoes, and tyes). I had an excellent shopping experience here. Marc helped me pick out suits, and did a fantastic job doing so( saved $800 with the sale). A few days after I had an emergency and needed the tailoring done immediately. I called and they did their best to accommodate me. If I ever need anything suit related I will definitely be back to this location.

Went in just to get a quick measurement to send over the men's Warehouse in the states. We very quickly found a sales person. He measured my husband without hesitation.

It's really too bad their systems aren't connected since they are "affiliates" but it is what it is.

Overall friendly service.

I feel absolutely at home coming to this location, Manager Kristin goes above and beyond and I would highly recommend her.
She had me and my groomsmen looking sharp on my big day! I have never received the service and warm welcoming like I have here!

I’ve had a custom-made suit ordered here, and I’ve bought several others. Never been disappointed with the material not the service received by the staff. Everyone is very welcoming and warm, and super helpful.

I was helped by Rachel. She was fantastic. Although it was busy, she was able to efficiently help me with exactly what I was looking for, with expert knowledge of the clothing. Will be coming back.

We came in to find a suit for my husband and the service was superior. Tanya spent a great deal of time and demonstrated so much patience with us. The store policy of offering a discount for wedding parties (including the father of the bride) was very much appreciated. The experience we had at Moore's was far superior to the recent experience we had at one of Windsor's other well known local suit places where we were ignored on 3 separate occasions when attempting to purchase both male and female wedding attire. The prices were also much more fair, without upselling games being played. We ended up buying more than just the suit. The style is equal to any other stores in Windsor. We will be back. My brother brought me shopping with him with the hope that I know something about fashion. Unfortunately I know nothing, so I was hoping to find good staff to help.Fortunately we met Jake there who knew EVERYTHING! Sizing, style, colours! Jake put together an entire wardrobe for him and he looked fabulous! Jake also knew EVERY PRODUCT IN THE STORE! He was a true professional and will bring my husband and any male friends there to see Jake again. He made, what could have been a very stressful shopping trip, a joy and easy. I congratulate Moores on the quality of their staff! Thank you Moores and especially Jake!!!! Absolutely some of the BEST SERVICE that I have had !!!

I got a custom suit here. The sales staff was very friendly. My suit wasn't going to be in on time so the store manager went above and beyond to make sure I had another custom suit in as a rush order. In fact, to say she went above and beyond is an understatement, she drove all the way to Cambridge and back in one day to make sure I had a suit on time. She followed up with me at every stage. Their tailor then did alteration in less than 2 hours! I was amazed at the service and dedication by the general manager Kristin. Thank you so much for everything!

Everyone was very friendly. They made my son feel like a super star in his new suit jacket. Everything was on sale so we found an excellent cut jacker that was name brand for a great price. Aaron, who was very professional and friendly was fantastic and I would recommend you see him!

The staff at Moores Windsor are awesome! Polite and professional. Pricing is very good I would recommend to any one looking unique clothing and accessories.
