My washing machine stopped spinning and I have twins that are potty training. The company answered my call at 9pm on Monday night and showed up the next day!

Vince showed up within the stated hours. He called me when he was on his way and made sure I had enough time to get home before he showed up. Vince was here because the washer wouldn’t spin and when he tried it, it spun right away.

He stayed and ran a quick cycle to make sure it wasn’t something that was happening later on in the cycle and figured out it was the pump when it was trying to drain.

Vince showed me the difference between the new and old and explained what had happened so I had a better understanding of what I was paying for. The machine had been working perfectly ever since and I would recommend this company and will use them again!

Very professional gentleman arrived on time, quick diagnosis, and quick fix. Dishwasher is draining perfectly again. Thanks for the speedy and friendly service.

My whirlpool electric dryer suddenly stopped working. I called appliance expert repair and the next day I got an appointment. The Tech Adi was awesome. He was able to find the issue which happens to be the belt around the drum. He ordered the parts and came back the next day and fix the problem. My dryer is now working as new. Their price is also reasonable. They saved me a lot because I thought I would have to buy a new dryer. Thank God for these people.

The repair person called ahead of time as stated, was pleasant and did the repair to my dishwasher in good time. I have done one load of dishes since the repair and it worked well.

The technician HP was very helpful in fixing our dishwasher. He was very informative about what was wrong and messaged us promptly with information in regards to appointments. The texting service was very convenient to communicate.

My LG dryer was making a grinding noise that had worsened over time. Being sure that the drum rollers were at fault, I purchased a set but I realized I would need help to install them. Fortunately for me, I called Appliance Repair Expert and they sent Kanan who was amazing: he quickly identified the problem - not the rollers - then dismantled and cleaned the machine of a massive lint accumulation. He was very pleasant and friendly and explained the problem/repair really well. My dryer is now working perfectly.
Then my LG washer flooded, and I called Appliance Repair Expert. Kanan arrived the next morning, assessed the problem, and made recommendations to prevent this problem in future. Again, Kanan was efficient, highly competent and a pleasure to have in our home.

Response time was great, tech was good, but just frustrating to pay $100 just to hear tech say (within seconds) that a motor went and that a replacement motor costs nearly as much as the dishwasher itself .
