Prime Burger and Pizzeria

What a hidden gem! I ordered the lamb burger, and my son had the lobster poutine—both were incredible! The portion sizes were beyond generous, and the food was made from scratch and absolutely delicious. We’ll definitely be stopping by again on our next trip to Calypso.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious! This place a diamond 💎 in the rough🎉🎉🎉 Great food and they also offer expedient delivery. We enjoy their lunch and dinner menu but their breakfast was even more impressive! You get 5star dining at a really reasonable price 🤩

This restaurant is a gem we found in Embrun! The ambiance is very homey which fits their homemade meals. Food is amazing especially their butter chicken and Kotthu Rotti! It was my first time trying a Rotti and I love the heat! Our family trued different burgers and we loved them all! The classic burger was for $13 and it was hugeeee with lots of fries. Their garlic sauce with the fries is bomb btw. We will definitely be back! If you are not from Embrun, trust me when I say this is worth the drive!

Stopped here after a visit to the water park with a very hungry crew. Food selection was diverse and had many unique options for burgers that we have never seen before. Food was absolutely amazing and service was equally awesome! Very kind and generous staff! Tables and bathrooms need some TLC but would definitely not stop us from coming again or grabbing some take out if we are ever in the area again.

We went after the water park with my family the food was amazing but the best part of the night was the guys man they were just great with the kids with us my brother asked for his burger spicy the guy went out back and got him a pepper from His garden then the guy brought both my boys ices cream would not let me pay for the ices cream and then the food !!!! Ooo the food !!!! Everything was fresh made, local and done right if your going to the water park near there save your money !!!!!! Hit this place up you will not regret the drive honestly

My husband and I come here often. I always take the buttered chicken cause it to die for. My husband tried the poutine burger and it's weirdly good. 2 of his favorite meals into one. Their food here is always made fresh and the workers are so friendly. A must try!!!

Stopped here for dinner after visiting the waterpark. The owner was super friendly and kind, and the food was just delicious! Everything tasted so clean and fresh, we got the classic burger, prime portobello burger, 1/2 rack of ribs, and the fish and chips. We also got a side of sweet potato fries, and hands down they were the best sweet potato fries I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend this place!

The food was excellent and the service was incredible! All of the food was prepared and made in house, even the mayonnaise. I can highly recommend the club sandwich and onion rings. Unfortunate that it is right beside a gas station, but it is a great roadtrip stop :)

Food was amazing - best burger in Ottawa and beyond. Generous portions and fresh ingredients. Excellent value and can’t be beat. I don’t write reviews often. But this place deserves to be recognized. Promise you won’t be disappointed.

We stopped in after a visit at St Albert's cheese factory. We had their Montreal Smoked Meat and Onion poutine. It was delicious!! And quite a big amount. Friendly service, would definitely recommend!!

Ok, not very often would I give 5 stars.. this place warranted it and more. Family and I went to have burgers, and they are actually phenomenal. Greek burger made from lamb... Korean burger.. inferno burger is excellent. All are excellent. It's more than worth a few minutes' drive. Think gourmet burgers for beer reasonable price. All local meats and ingredients.. I think even the bund made here or very nearby... fresh. Attention to detail when to the point of having the correct root bear (dads). The service was great. Very friendly. I'll be back again and again.. I'm not kidding. You simply won't be disappointed.

Update: Back again since and if u could give them a 6 stars I would. Phenomenal. Had the surf and turf burger.. which was real fresh lobster and the same great quality beef paddies.. my kids And wife came again too. All round wows from everyone. Or new favorite place.

We stopped here after picking up a christmas tree down the road. The food is top notch. Everything is made from scratch from the burgers to the buns. The onion rings are made in house and delicious, the poutine is also yummy. This spot is a gem and the owner is a super friendly nice guy. Give it a try!

We got dinner the other night and were very happy with both the food and service. Very kind staff and the food was absolutely wonderful. I strongly recommend.

This is one of the best place to have burger and pizza near to calypso water park. We tried SriLankan spicy pizza and veg pizza, it was very tasty. Mus try banana fries.
