Tim Hortons

These guys took care of me, I stop in here for breakfast when I'm in the area. I was at another Tims who proceeded to make my farmers wrap wrong twice. These guys fixed the other stores mistake, and made me a delicious wrap. The customer service was excellent! Keep being awesome team!

Go to this Tim's often. Some days are off but most of the time great. Preet and Mamta are on most nights great service friendly attitude and hard workers

I often go to Tims for a coffee and chilli. I must say their chilli has improved. Prior it seemed lacking ingredients. Now it is much thicker. Coffee always hot and prepared as ordered. Staff courteous and friendly.

Shout out to Mamta and Preet, they always get my order right. They are the type of people that will take the time to talk to you to get to know you.

Great place for Russell’ers to get their Tim’s fix (especially during the many power outages that North Russell receives). Unlike many other Tim’s locations, they are responsive to orders on the app, so that my orders are ready for pick up when I arrive. Other locations and Corporate itself needs to learn lessons from them.

One of your fine workers named Justin King was very majestic, his fine haircut helped me order in a calm fashion. He deserves a raise for his amazing customer service. Tim Hortons Russell should be very proud for having a hard-working and dedicated well rounded worker.

Justin is the beloved son of Michelle and she should be proud for having such a delicious looking son.

Ordered a Cinnamon Raisin Bagel and I had to return it because it was very hard.

They sell leftover day old bagels!!!

When I am visiting family, it is my favourite Tim’s in the area. My order is always accurate. The drive through is always busy but moves along quickly. I use the app and preorder to avoid the line ups.

Tim Hortons, a name to be proud of, a Canadian staple for many generations. Service has been slower and more crowded since covid started. Always find the workers here are trying their best to finish everyone's orders and get to the next one.
It helps being patient with any workers in the food industry these days. Give these kids some slack if your food order is wrong, or if they forgot an item. I've had nothing but great service here and always stop by when I can.

Drive Thru was busy, but the team was remarkably efficient. Order was accurate. Donuts each in their own bags to avoid sticking and napkins provided without requesting. Great friendly service.

Made a mobile order, and they couldn't complete it, so they offered a substitution AND threw in an extra. Now that's good customer service!

Much better than the impossibly slow Embrun's Tim Hortons. I usually go out of my way to come here, instead. Super friendly staff, quick and always on point. Never had my order messed up here.

Sausage farmers wrap is a great way to start the day. The server was great too.

Way better than the embrun Tim Hortons. Always have great service and smiles. If my food isn't done the way I like they remake it without a fuss.

Always a great intersection and quick drive through line. Go here at least twice a week before work. All day breakfast is the best

Dont matter what you ask them to do when making my order. I like my food really hot. Not once at this location they said there not allow to do it. Everyone is really friendly.

Russell Tims is fast!! Even on a busy Saturday morning they are friendly and provide excellent customer service

Great service.. Not enought wash rooms .. but clean... Tim bits were fresh and thank g they had white hot chocolate 😄
