Sweet Cravings

We ordered three rolled ice creams and it cost around $26 which included an upgrade charge for whipped cream. We got to add on 3 extra toppings without an additional charge. Ice cream was good, portions are fairly large. Two of us couldn't finish ours in shop but staff were happy to give us lids to take the rest home.

Another good experience going for dessert. Staff are polite and helpful, ice cream is delicious and love how they roll the ice cream! Very large serving for the price, especially compared to other dessert places.

I love dessert and Sweet Cravings definitely didn’t disappoint. The service was incredibly friendly, they were also handing out free samples of shakes (which were delicious) and the portion sizes are very reasonable for the price. I would definitely recommend Sweet Cravings.

We have visited this place in the past but after the redesigning of the menu, we visited just a couple of days back. They have now added cakes, crepes, and waffles to their menu.
When we went in, it was just a few minutes before closing. The staff was still very patient and courteous to take our order and prepare it for us.
The store was extremely clean and they have great options on their menu. The rolls ice cream flavours we tried were all very delicious! This would be our go to dessert place going forward!

I went here on a date not knowing what it was about and left loving it. First of all the staff was amazingly friendly they are very lucky to have such great people working for them. The ice cream is made in front of you and on a flat frozen like cutting board then rolled into sheets! Really cool. Then you pick your toppings after! (I got the brownie with whipped cream, Oreo, marshmallow and caramel sauce) had to take home half of it!

It was way too big and super delicious. And it was $19 for 2

It was also very clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place.

Such a fun experience to pick a flavor and your toppings and watch your ice cream become frozen and rolled before your eyes. A very cute and friendly family owned business with lots of seating. The ice cream was phenomenal, and the coconut jelly toppings were such a unique touch. Can't wait to go back to try more! We got the lychee and the green apple flavors. They were very pleasantly flavored and not overly sweet.

The rolled ice cream is simply delicious and, while expensive, is enough to feed a small troupe of acrobatic lemurs.

They are super friendly and it is kind of fun to watch them prep the rolled ice cream.

Very nice and clean space. The bubble tea & ice cream shop is so yummy!! We drove 45 minutes as we heard from friends that this new place has opened up and because of the great reviews we had to come try. As foodies we were so happy with the wide flavours of ice cream and bubble tea! My new go to place!

I’m so excited to see the first bubble tea and rolled ice cream shop in Bowmanville!! They actually opened yesterday on my birthday haha! I visited Sweet Cravings for the first time today and my experience was amazing!!! The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The group of us got Taro milk tea, green apple slushie, mango slushie and mango rolled ice cream. Everything tasted SOO GOOOD!! The taro milk tea was light and refreshing, the mango and green apple slushies are sweet but really flavourful and refreshing. The mango rolled ice cream was 10/10, creamy and tasted like fresh mango, it was one of the best ice creams I’ve ever had!!! They gave us a Lychee drink on the house with popping babo which was so sweet of them! I don’t like lychee much but it was really pleasant and I couldn’t stop drinking it! They even have paper straws and the ice cream containers are biodegradable! Everything we tried was amazing and for a really great price!! They opened at a great time their menu is perfect for the spring/summer season! All of us are so happy with our experience!! My family and I will 100% come back and I’ll bring my friends! Thank you, can’t wait to see what the future holds for them!😁

Such a pleasant hidden gem! Staff were very friendly and helpful and you can tell that they genuinely care about what they do and make! We also got to try free samples of the sugar-free smoothies which were amazing!! Will definitely come back and recommend!!

Wow, wasn't expecting this. Hand crafted ice cream rolled right before your eyes, an experience as much as anything. delicious Bubble tea and the waffle was the treat of the month, worth every penny, where is that sixth star!

First impression when you walk in: the place is spotless!

They provide a lot of seating area for people who wish to dine in. Their menu offers enough for you to want to come back, and try other items.

Their customer service is beyond great! A warm welcome when you enter the store, with a positive experience during ordering

I haven't had bubble tea in well over two years since WFH started and I no longer commuted to Richmond Hill daily. So happy to have somewhere I can go locally now. I have been twice so far and was quite happy with the experience considering the business is just getting on it's feet. Have had the Passionfruit and Lychee tea so far and was impressed with both. Also have had the rolled ice cream and it is an instant favourite for me. The ice cream is the perfect combination of light and not too sweet. I think this place is going to get really business come the summer months, hopefully they can keep up!

I’ll start by saying that I am a little biased. When I heard there was a restaurant serving Boba (Bubble Tea) opening in Bowmanville I was beaming.

After weeks of driving by we finally got the chance to go inside and sample the wares. We tried a variety of slushies and a milk tea.

Happy to report it was worth the wait (5/5) now to save room for the delicious looking rolled ice-cream.

had Latte and raspberry chocolate cake, no disappointments at all… They have amazing selection of ice creams but there cake and coffee was great too..

Amazing place, I love the idea of rolled ice cream! The family that works there is very friendly. I thought at first it was a bit pricy but after having it and seeing how hard they work to make it, it's worth it.

Awesome spot in Bowmanville. Loved the rolled icecream and a special shout out to Abraham. He was super polite and definitely made my experience better. Customer service like that is hard to find these days.

So excited to have a rolled ice cream place here! We tried the mango tango and the Kinder Bueno ice cream and it is DELISH!! The mango ice cream tasted like I was biting into a fresh mango and the Bueno tasted like a childhood memory. Would 100% recommend!

Finally there is place where I can go in Bowmanville for my ice cream cravings. I tried 2 ice creams here I loved both. I am waiting to see more items on the menu.
