Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I went through the drive thru this afternoon and the staff were so friendly, the service was fast and the food was great. At the window I was met by this lovely young lady. I didn’t catch her name, but she had blonde hair and didn’t look older than 16,17. She was so patient and we had a great little talk where she recommended a blizzard, one that I will definitely have to try the next time I visit.

It was Father’s Day s celebration so we decided to head out to Dairy Queen Grill & Chill Bowmanville for Blizzard Treat ice creams. This is our first visit to this location. It is an exceptional destination for family hang out location. Their customer service is truly remarkable, ensuring a delightful experience for every visitor.

The restaurant is very clean creating a pleasant environment for customers to enjoy their treats. The overall atmosphere is great, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy your ice cream. Furthermore, ample parking space is available, adding convenience to your visit. The presence of excellent outdoor seating further enhances the experience, allowing us to enjoy our ice cream in the open air.

Among flavors offered, our personal favorites are the irresistible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blizzard Treat and the classic Banana Split.

I would recommend this place for your family and friends hangout location will undoubtedly be returning to Dairy Queen Grill & Chill Bowmanville for more of their delightful treats.

I come here all the time because it’s such a convenient place to get ice cream (and lunch) my order is always correct, and the sweetest employee (I think the manager) gave us a free cake for being loyal customers our last visit <3 I love DQ and this one has the best employees 100/10 recommend

Very friendly staff, clean and food was prepped with care. Feels like the kind of place you’d picture when fast food first became a thing. They even bring your food to your table. Keep it up!

my favourite dq location by a long shot. any time i go there the food is excellent and the service is great. went through the drive thru on saturday night and the blond girl with bangs carson made me laugh so hard. she’s great with customers and so nice. makes me want to go back again soon just for the laughs.

Great for sweet treats! We don't usually eat the food, so I can't speak to that.
This location is very careful with gluten free requests, and will do their best to avoid cross contamination when preparing your order.

Im not a regular here but the 2 times I've came to this particular location were amazing, and far better than the Courtice location and Cobourg location (Which is my local location). Both times I went, I was served by a lovely young man named Brock. He greeted me politely and ensured all of my order was my correct- even making sure I had extra serviettes in my bag for my blizzard. Another young man named Carter was working in the kitchen was fast as well, so props to him. They both deserve a promotion!

I had a good experience here. The staff were friendly and polite. I recommend eating here.

The lady that took my order Sherri was awsome. Very pleasant and helpful and because I had a big order the gentleman brock helped me carry my food and drinks to my car. Great people and excellent service

We ordered a birthday cake for my grandson. The fellow who worked with us was so busy. A ball team came in just after us. He was so professional and ensured we were looked after and also helping with the other orders

I had such a wonderful experience at the drive thru here! The happiest, sweetest kids are running the place, and they completely made my night going through. They get along well, and all admitted that they love working there. So great to hear!

I always have the best experience at this DQ location, by far my favorite! The staff of young adults in my opinion go above and beyond! Always a smile on their faces, happy and cheerful! I have never had a problem with my order, they always get it right! Everything is always fresh and delicious, Absolutely no complaints here! Keep up the great work!

This is a review of a review! Zoltan this is for you! My husband and I were #20 and you were order #21. For someone to complain about not turning the blizzard upside down and the unnecessary violent behaviour is nothing less than a terrible 2 year old tantrum…. If this is what you need to complain about you need therapy my friend. You should act your age and have more class…. Also the way you treated a new trainee the way you did, is appalling, if I were the manager who was exemplary in the way he responded , I wouldn’t have been as kind! The way you responded shows a serious lack of education and politeness as well as patience….

Haven't been in a while. Used to get the Brownie Delight....gone...got the chocolate brownie extreme blizzard (?), it was good....just don't ask for large..LOL...too much!

Always have the best service at this location - love taking my kids there
