I used their website to order some bone china of a particular pattern and my order was filled and delivered in about four days. Plate was excellent condition and the price fair. The website is not fancy but works. Highly recommended!

Found eight bowls of the Friendly Village collection that we had none of. Robert gave us a great price and even replaced two in the set that were slightly chipped. My wife was really happy. Great selection of China sets in the place.

Very friendly gentlemen and lots of China patterns. Was able to replace 2 cups from my set that were broken and discovered pieces I didn't even know existed.
