Waterview Restaurant - Downtown Pictou, NS

Loved our server. She was very sweet and I regret forgetting her name because I’d love to shout her out! We got the maple salmon and it was very good. The rice was also sooo good. The serving was large and we couldn’t even finish all our food. Would recommend!

The best chicken shawarma I've tasted in Nova Scotia!😋🌯 The wrap was grilled and a lil crispy at the edges, inside is juicy and tasty. The place is pristine ( You'll be surprised! ) and Kanush's service with a smile is awesome! 😎 washroom is clean and smells good. We had a good time. A restaurant to visit in Pictou! 👌

Everything was really good. It wasn't too busy at 2pm, though it was raining heavy outside, so that is expected. Glenn was very nice and was a great server. The atmosphere was very nice, from the lights to the music, everything was great.

A hidden gem located on the Pictou Waterfront. Atmosphere was nice and seating was well spaced out and not cramped. Food and service were amazing. We started with the garlic fingers which were hot and cheesy. Then I had the Donair wrap and fries and my husband had the fish and chips, which were both piping hot and full of flavor. We will definitely be back!

Gemma, our waitress was delightful. At the first entrance Gemma made us feel like royalty and treated us with such kindness!
Chef and Owner Bernadette, cooked us amazing Lebanese and Canadian Seafood. I wish that I could have returned for another meal. Bernadette even came to visit us at the end of our meal and was so friendly and personable. She and Gemma made our evening one that we'll never forget and all by the view of the water in Pictou, NS.

What a nice local spot. Swarma wrap was spot on and the garlic Mayo was delicious. My guest had the fish tacos and was surprised by the crispy outside but flaky moist inside of the fish. What a great job well done guy. Was a bit hot inside and the view was obstructed by construction work next door. Great experience.

We think the Waterview Restaurant is a little gem! The food is always great, from pub food to pizza, and we love their lebense options. Food to try includes their giant platter of nachos, the mansaf, the shrimp linguine, and their homemade burgers! The owners are so warm and welcoming, that you feel like family.

Very nice calm location. Was looking for a water view place to eat. This place seemed to fit the bill. Staff was quick to cater to us. Was polite and left us to our conversation. (Nothing worse than being asked how my food is all the time). Service was very prompt. Patio server tonight Jody was witty and definitely made me feel valued. Can't wait to have her bring me yummy salmon again. Definitely recommend!

Stopped in at the Waterview Restaurant during our recent visit to Pictou -- so glad we did! The food is delicious and very fairly priced -- my husband had the Fattoush salad and LOVED it... our server was awesome, too... highly recommend!!

We do dine in & take out! Great food! Delicious panzerotti & the garlic sauce is delish! Every meal we've had has been Yummmmy!! Great owners & servers!

This place is our go-to and we go here all the time. It’s become a tradition that every time family or friends come up, we take them here (and they all love it). So happy to have a place with good food for a good price to take out or to dine in!!

Highly recommend, we had the Donair panzerotti, which was amazing. Great food, good portions, and really reasonable pricing. Service was also great.

Had a wonderful lunch at the Waterview restaurant today. The food was delicious, the service was excellent.

Had the donair and it was great, so was the donair sauce and fries. Came out quickly.

Great food. Great servers. A perfect place for dinner before a show at the DeCoste Centre next door.
