Update: our trip to Greece was amazing and everything worked out smoothly, the flights, the car transfers and ferries. There was a couple of changes, regarding the ferry and Melanie was sure to inform us in a timely manner. I am so happy we booked the car transfers and ferries prior rather than when we got there. Thanks again Melanie for your assistance in making our trip a smooth one.

My husband and I wanted to book a trip to Greece for our 25th wedding anniversary. I have always booked our vacations online, but knew I needed help from a travel agent as there is too many moving parts. Melanie at direct travel researched a few options for us, including the Pricing for flights, Accommodation, transfer cars and ferries. We Have booked a 10 day vacation to Greece, this summer, and will be visiting Three islands and are very excited.
A few things to note,
-I suggest making an appointment rather than walking in. Having said that when I did walk in, Melanie gave me her card and I emailed her with the details of our request and we did all our communication via email which worked out great.
- We were provided with quotes for three itineraries and there is a charge of $60 for each additional further quote.
- We have never gone through a travel agent before, so I was not sure how commission worked at this location. There is a ticketing fee for the flights which is included in the quote.
I contacted two of our accommodations via email with special request for rooms in quieter locations and both hotels responded. I am a little nervous about how the vacation will go, especially with us going to three islands and the transfer cars and the ferries and hoping that it will go as smoothly as possible.
I hesitated to write this review until after our vacation, but decided to write one now and then will update it after vacation. Thanks Melanie for your assistance with our vacation.

We did not have a travel agent so I searched for the ones near me and Vision Travel came up and after reading the reviews and Cassandra Poole being mentioned several times I emailed her and she responded very quickly. We emailed back and forth for a couple of days to plan our trip, then drove over the Cambridge to meet her and complete the paperwork and she was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. She mentioned things before I could even ask. She also suggested and arranged for a wheelchair for me as I have trouble walking a lot. We will definitely recommend Cassandra to our friends and family. She is a 10+.

Cassandra at Vision Travel is the best! It was my first time flying internationally and she gave me extremely detailed step by step instructions. She also responded very quickly to the multiple emails I sent her, I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. The coupon Vision gave me for Park n Fly basically covered their booking fee so using them was pretty much free, highly recommend!!!

Cassandra Poole was so helpful. She actually helped us change our minds as to which resort to go to. She really knows sher stuff and stays connected to her clients!

We had successfully booked a few trips with this travel agency and were happy with the service that was provided. However, our last booking was a complete disaster, and our interactions after with them were not satisfactory. When things went wrong, which was due to their lack of satisfactory customer records, they and their legal team completely relied on the fine print on our tickets, which as far as I am concerned no one ever reads. This wasn't a trip for some R & R it was to see my only daughter get married in Las Vegas. To say we are devastated is an underestimate. I would recommend going to another agency. Keep an eye for Direct Travel though, they run many of the agencies in the area.

Found great prices online and decided to try out this travel agency to see if they could match it. I would rather have an expert helping me through complicated travel plans.
