I had no idea what I wanted to buy, but Cassie showed me some great options. Great customer service skills and all the staff were super friendly and welcoming as well

I had a good customer experience this morning at Soft Moc in Stone road mall. The two employees (Chloe and Nina) were friendly, attentive, and offered me help multiple times during my visit. I had a good chat with Chloe and she gave me some good advice about the shoes I bought. Thanks for the good experience ladies!

Such great customer service. I was there the other day just looking for every day shoes. It had been recommended by a friend of mine and I was skeptical at first because I hadn’t been to the store at all. But as soon as I walked into the entrance I was greeted by warm and welcoming staff. It was such a stress free and pleasant shopping experience, thank you Anna, Ashley, Chloe and Abby. Wonderful people with exceptional skills, going above and beyond what is asked of them. I will be going back again for sure :)

The store is always buzzing with people, it doesn't matter the day, time, or season.

Softmoc Guelph is the most welcoming place. The staff is incredibly nice and gave me the absolute BEST experience when I was shopping for shoes. They are all exceptionally knowledgeable and were a great time. Ashley, Anna, Nina and Lauren brought me some quality shoes that I will wear for the next couple of years.

The customer service was excellent. Staff were kind and genuinely happy to help. They controlled the quantity of people in the store at one time so we felt good about their safety precautions.

I love the experience of shopping here because the staff are incredible (Tyler and Natalie especially). So friendly, knowledgeable, and have gone out of their way to help with online orders and exchanges.

The employees here are wonderful, they were very kind and patient when getting me what I needed. I will be returning whenever I need new shoes 🥰

Anna at this location was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to help me find a product I was looking for. Unfortunately it was out of stock everywhere but I do appreciate her effort.
