My experience with Cheyenne today was absolutely incredible. Cheyenne took the time to listen and ensure I was comfortable and well-informed before, during, and after the treatment. She also provided excellent advice for home care.

Massage treatments can often feel overwhelming and intimidating, especially for someone who doesn’t get them frequently, but that was not my experience today. The space was clean, cozy, and very welcoming. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment and would highly recommend Cheyenne.

I had my very first appointment with Cheyenne and she was fantastic! She first asked me follow up questions regarding the issues that prompted me to book, and provided some great insights on small tweaks to my routine for better rest and recovery. I appreciated her kind and welcoming energy and she made sure I was comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole appointment. I will definitely be booking with her again. If you’re debating on booking an appointment, this is your sign to do it :)

Ian is such a skilled and compassionate massage therapist. My muscles tend to get tight and sore from working a desk job and working out but one session alone with Ian does wonders. I usually get a Thai massage. Highly recommend.

I have been getting my nails done by Katie and have had a great experience. She is very professional and makes you feel calm and relaxed during the appointment. I often find nail salons too busy and stimulating so this is a great way to get that self care. Looking forward to my next nail appointment and will try other services soon.

Sabrina is professional and very knowledgeable. She always gives me great advice for stretching out those troubled muscles and is very attentive when working on tender areas. I always leave feeling better and knowing I’m in good hands. Thank you!

Ian is fantastic, understanding, and thorough with the initial intake appointment. With care and consideration, Ian's skillset has left me feeling better, especially after a previous fall during the winter time. I highly recommend seeing Ian as there are also evening appointments available.

I got my first ever Registered Massage Therapy here in Canada by Cheyenne. She has so much knowledge and infact asked me tiny little things to understand my body and give pressure accordingly. After the therapy she gave tips and tricks as well to have a healthy body posture.

Cheyenne was very knowledgeable and insightful when inquiring about the issues that had caused me to seek treatment. The massage was very relaxing, and I felt like my pain was addressed carefully and methodically. Great experience overall.

This is a lovely facility. The environment and atmosphere are both inviting and relaxing. Ian is an excellent and knowledgable RMT that has made me feel comfortable since day one. He really listens to your concerns and executes his massage with skill. I look forward to coming here for my massages! I also love the convinence of online booking.

Kaitlyn is a wonderful naturopath. I came to her with a few health issues that had been frustrating me for several years, including bloating and skin issues. Over the past 5 months, she helped me establish some new habits that fit my lifestyle and truly target my health concerns (after having tried so many things over the years). The space is also very relaxing, love going there. I highly recommend working with her!

I always look forward to getting a treatment from Sabrina. I suffer from lower back pain and after each session I get so much relief! Sabrina takes the time explaining how the muscles are all connected and shows me how to stretch afterwards to feel better between treatments.
