I have been coming to this practice for almost 2 years for a stubborn back injury. Mark is the first practitioner that I feel has understood my problem and knows how to help. I recently started having a massage with Sarah to help speed up progress. I've had many deep tissue massages before and have found that Sarah's approach, which is more gentle, gives me more benefit. Sarah and Mark work in tandem, discussing what each should do to help with my issue. They both are very knowledgeable in their fields and tailor their treatment to the way my body reacts to it. I was very impressed that two days after my first massage, Sarah contacted me by email to ask how it had affected me in the days after treatment. In my next session with her, she adjusted what she did based on my feedback. I truly feel that I am getting excellent treatment, tailored perfectly for me.

Mark is the #1 guy I turn to when my body is acting up, there's been many times throughout the years that I thought I'd have to quit tattooing because of my hand/back/neck/ shoulder pain. I go to mark and he fixes me right up in 1 or 2 appointments, and gives me recommendations and stretches to prevent it from happening again. I always recommend people see an osteopath first before physio/massage/chiro. I've done every type of treatment available and Mark's osteopath treatment is the best.

This was my first time seeing an osteopath and I was extremely happy with my first appointment and plan to continue treatments with Mark Powell! I’ve always suffered from back pain, but recently moved the wrong way and locked my lower back to the point I could barely move. Mark was very attentive to my problem and within seconds of assessing me, located the problem and was able to then treat me. Had multiple approaches/techniques and was able to clearly explain my specific anatomy and why I’m more prone to back problems. He was professional yet personable, and I have never seen results like this!

Mark is an amazing osteopath and I can't recommend him highly enough. I've been going to see him for around a year and he has helped me immeasurably, successfully treating me for conditions that many other practitioners (massage, physiotherapy etc.) were unable to heal. His depth of knowledge, sensitivity, and his lovely personality make him an amazing healer... he's also very funny... We're so lucky to have both him and Sarah in our city!

I have known Sarah Powell as an amazing yoga teacher for years, but just recently have started to come to her for massage therapy, and have been blown away by her healing abilities. With her in-depth knowledge of the human body as a result of her extensive yoga experience training, and her sensitivity to her individual clients, I have found her to be an excellent massage therapist and I recommend her most highly!

I love everything about Sarah! The room is comforting, the bed is fantastic, the music soothing like her voice. Sarah is able to get in and release what needs to be released without digging, just gentle yet profound work. Love it!
