"The Big FUR" can definitely be recommended! I experienced Bradley a few days ago and it was one of the best groomers my dog and I have spent time with. He is open if you want to stay with your dog, for your comments about the way you want the fur to be done or whatever needs to be talked about :)
Moreover he is quick with everything, so that your dog doesn't get stressed (or isn't stressed too long). The contact in advance also worked very well as he responded to my messages on time. I felt Bradley's passion for dogs and animals in general, due to his long experiences with them in various fields. Enjoyed the time a lot. Thank you for everything!

Bradley is amazing! Benny has been getting his nails trimmed here for a while but yesterday had his first full groom ever. I was a little anxious Benny wouldn’t cooperate but Bradley is clearly skilled! Benny did great and now look at his majestic chest fluff!! Thank you!!

We happened up Bradley quite by accident when we moved to the area. We have a breed of dog that is not quite as common as most but Bradley knew the breed and temperament which was a bonus! We have two, one is always a nervous wreck and the other, well, let's just say he's special. Bradley takes his furclients very much to heart amd the dogs know it.

The other thing that impressed us about The Big Fur is, Bradley encourages you to stay (of you can) while he grooms your furbaby. In turn, you get pointers on what to do if they have crazy hair/fur in-between visits and sometimes very colorful conversations.

I recommend The Big Fur Grooming Shop 100%! Jes just not a groomer, he's an experience.💙

I recently acquired an intact 14 month old German shepherd that had very little handling. While picking up the dog, he seemed friendly, and energetic. Your typical puppy.

When I brought him home it was evident, he didn’t know his name, could not sit and was scared of everything which resulted in aggression.

I live on a large farm with horses, dogs, cats, chickens and ducks. I have two small children who he also showed aggression toward.

I reached out to Bradley who didn’t hesitate to come right over to the house and work one on one with us. The situation brought me great anxiety, and I doubted my ability to be able to take this dog on.

Bradley calmly took my dog and within a few minutes had him responding to his body language and cues. I was absolutely amazed. Bradley gave me things to work on which I took seriously and worked for a few hours daily.

After 10 days I am able to have a dog who responds to my commands, and respects my family and animals within my home. I am so pleased and feel so fortunate to have had the assistance of Bradley coming to our home, we couldn’t have done it without him. I 100% recommend Bradley if your having any difficulties or just want to broaden your knowledge with your dog.

Bradley is the only one that has been able to do Leroy’s nails without traumatizing him . I have tried several other groomers before, and it has always taken two if not three people to get his nails done not so with Bradley he’s able to do it by himself, Leroy really loves him. We are so glad we found him .

Bradley was amazing with my giant dog. He has a lift table to bring them up level with the tub and then a gentle step down. I didn't think my dog would do it. However, he trusted Bradley and had an amazing grooming experience. Thank you!

Excellent and stress free experience! Bradley is patient, kind and thorough with great attention to detail. Our 100+lb, sometimes sensitive, GSD was immediately comfortable with Bradley and in the shop environment.. Highly recommend, worth the trip to Windsor from the city. Ivy will be back!

I brought my dog in to see Bradley for the first time this past week and he was so great with her, from the quick and calming way he clipped her nails to making her feel safe in the bath. It was a terrific experience and we both look forward to her next grooming appointment! Highly recommend bringing your dog to The Big Fur Grooming Shop in Windsor!

My Clary will not let me near her with a brush! Yet she loves Brad. She comes back to me happy and gorgeous. You just can’t go wrong with our Brad! His love of our animals shines through every time!!

Bradley is so wonderful with my two toy poodle pups. They go in looking like two shaggy, dirty doggies who have no mother who loves them and they come out looking show ready all fluffy, pretty and smelling delicious!

He is not only good at what he does, Bradley is very knowledgeable and personable as well.

My two girls had a great afternoon being pampered by Bradley! My 6 year old husky/lab mix has never been to a professional groomer before and Bradley was kind, patient, and gentle. She absolutely loved the experience. My almost 4 month standard poodle pup is just getting used to being groomed and Bradley was incredible with her as well - lots of words of encouragement and treats! Thanks so much for looking after my girls. They look and smell amazing!!!! Highly recommend, won’t take them anywhere else! ❤
