The staff are super helpful! Caelin took her time and really helped us out. She was so knowledgeable and so patient with us and really made our shopping experience a great one. The cash was quick and also really helpful. I am from out of town but would definitely travel to shop here again!

Salesperson Adam was really helpful. I was looking for hiking boots but am new to the activity. He was knowledgeable without making me feel like he was leading me to the most expensive boots. I purchased boots that were great quality, on sale and with the right treads I need to handle icy conditions.

First time shopping here and what a pleasant surprise. Staff were really nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I bought an item on sale and it was a great deal.

The store is large, very well laid out, has a broad range, interesting and (most of all) full of nice people working here.

The mall location is also very convenient as there was plenty of parking spaces and the mall was easy to navigate. Lots of other stores around the area so I was able to accomplish a few other necessary tasks too.

It's nice to have such a nice and well stocked sports store in Guelph.

My mom and I were shopping at the Sport Chek in the Stone Road mall in Guelph and we had this amazing girl check us out. My mother called her "magic". Thank you Megan, you are magic.

Always a good experience here, like that sport check has expanded into the outdoors stuff with their atmosphere section.

We went to buy skating shoes and helmet for my kids. We had a great customer experience at the store. They have very friendly staffs. We were helped by Cam.
Cam was very professional and he explained us in various options for shoes and helmets. Good place to buy skating shoes and helmets.

So we’ve shopped here a lot but this time we had the Manager just happen to stumble upon us and help us out. FANTASTIC guy and the staff were all upbeat. The tone set by leadership flows down in every organization. Clearly this location is run well!

The staff were very friendly, and the manager helped us (international students) find a good winter jacket and boots at a very good price. He explained all we needed to know on how to keep warm during winters since this was our first time in Canada.

My wife and I went in to find a hoodie that was in your catalogue. After looking and not finding it a lovely young lady asked if we needed help. She found close to what my wife had seen. She took great time and patience and was a huge help. She made our purchase great on such a busy day

I came in today around opening was just bored and wanted to waste time. Although I didn’t buy anything I enjoyed my time browsing there store and one thing I can’t complain about is there lack of variety. They have everything when it comes to sporting goods, another thing is they have great customer service, when I was browsing I had workers come up to me multiple (but not repetitive)times and ask if I need help with anything, so if you ever come here you won’t have to worry asking for any help. As you could aslo probably I am very bored as of right now but hey I’m still just trying to waste time, so thanks to this Sports Check for letting me waste time at your store.

I love Sport Chek and do most of my shopping for clothes for myself and the kids.Shoes, winter boots, athletic wear.They carry good names.
You can get some good deals there.They have great deals on winter wear near the end of the winter season.
They are not the cheapest place around but you get what you pay for.I dont find them that expensive for what your getting. Ive never had any issues with quality with any clothes, coats, footwear etc. that Ive bought from there.If I change my mind, returns are never a problem.The staff are always great and helpful.They have a great selection.

I really loved this Sportchek store. All the employees and the Manager were incredibly nice. They tried their best to help us with our choice of hiking backpacks. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this store without a doubt.
