I have been to this location about a dozen times over the past year or two. The prices here are better than most other competitors. you’d expect that by their name….

About half the times I’ve been there I’ve been lucky enough to have Tony be the man to help me. His product knowledge goes far beyond what is required to work in a dispensary. What I found most impressive was, I explained the side effects I was experiencing with different products, and Tony was able to help guide me to product that best suited my needs and *didn’t miss*. He was always eager and willing to help, with a great attitude.

With all certainty I can assure you that the other reviews here stating “friendly staff” were helped by this man, as the other half dozen times I was there I was met with completely mediocre retail service.

Best prices around, knowledgeable staff, and I love the big white board grid with all the current inventory. It allows you to quickly scan through all the selections. Thanks :)

This is my favorite government dispensery in the area. Best prices, always stocked! And the staff in Guelph are always happy to give there very knowledgeable advice, and are very professional . They all are courteous and I enjoy a good chat ever time I visit.
Never have had an issue with anything at this location in Guelph.

i had a cartridge that was not working, I returned it without a receipt and they were more than happy to accommodate me. I'm not saying dont keep your receipt, They always come in handy.

Staff know their product, awesone prices, a bright and clean place. I love the board menus are written out. Helpful for someone like me.
