I recently had an exceptional experience with Floatr. Inc, who handled the pickup of my Rapid Re-Image 14’ container bound for the recent Tim Hortons 2024 convention. Right from the start, the customer service was top-notch. Chelsey was extremely helpful, baby-stepping me along the way and ensuring all my questions were answered. Admittedly, I was anxious about my container and its precious cargo; however, Chelsey truly made the process smooth and stress-free.

The excellence didn't stop there, however, the driver, Bill, was fantastic. He was punctual and professional, handling my precious container with the greatest care. The best part of my experience was that Bill regularly sent me photos and videos of my container being offloaded by the Toronto Metro Convention Center staff. I truly felt I was in good hands, with Bill treating my container like it was his own.

I've never had to deal with this company for any matters related to business however, I think it goes without saying that I'd like to highlight a very kind gesture the owner of this company did for a friend of mine recently.
My friend had been having a very hectic day as she had a family member undergoing a medical procedure and there were some concerns. She had gone to the gas station and after pumping her gas realized she had not brought her purse with her. I guess the owner of this company had been there at the same time and he clued in on her stress. She said without question he just came over to her and practically insisted she not worry and that he'd take care of it. They were complete strangers.
Owner, I cannot tell you enough what a difference you made for our friend that day but I can tell you how grateful we are to you for doing that. Our friend is a tough little cookie but boy did she ever need someone that day and if it couldn't be us there for her in that moment, then I'm sure glad you were.

Gotta love these guys! They are both professional and friendly, they keep their word, their rates are great. The driver kept in touch with me the whole trip, delivery was timely and flawless. Sure, shop around; but the more you do, the more you will realize just how good this company is. I will be going to them for ALL my transport needs.

We've been using Floatr for a few months now and I'm super impressed and will use only them for all my local deliveries. Their customer service is great, their prices are super competitive, and they keep their promises. As a modular home builder our deliveries are never cut and dry simple, but despite the hassle they always make it work, and will work with you to get the job done.

I've used Floatr a few times now and have to say this company goes above and beyond. Their drivers are so professional, polite, and will figure out a way to get the job done regardless of the situation. Had a dispatch lady call me a head of time letting me know exactly when the driver would be showing up so I wasn't waiting around. Not to mention the pride and ownership these guys take of their trucks and equipment as every time they come by their spotless. Highly recommend this organization and professional company.

We recently sold a commercial property and found ourselves scrambling at the 11th hour trying to finalize the removal of inventory to be sold at auction, scrap metal and other materials. I was told that Floatr was a good company by the guy that fabricated a barge for me and I was not disappointed when I hired Floatr to move the barge after rigging.

Devin was great to coordinate with and confirmed the details in advance - setting the haul up for success.

Joe, the owner, who did my haul and was punctual, honest and made an interesting haul happen better and easier than I would have thought possible. The load was delivered in great shape and safely. Joe lent a hand after the barge in was in the water, is a great problem solver and great guy to boot!

I haven't actually used floatr. I'm a similar service. However, I keep refering customers I am unable to help with and floatr has delivered for each one.
