Lots of products on sale at Danby outlet store. Many refurbished and scratch and dent appliances. Very kind helpful staff, helped me put a freezer I purchased into my SUV. No hassle no sales pitch no issues. Surprising amount of various product lines to choose from as well. Was in and out in no time. Freezer works fine no issues, that's what customer service is all about! Will return when I need a new appliance for sure! Worth checking ✔ it out!

Selection was great - we needed a dehumidifier & it was on sale to boot! The staff were so helpful. Able to purchase an extended warranty as well - very satisfied with our purchase.

We purchased a mini freezer from Danby this week. The staff is great. We forgot the name of the woman that helped us but she was amazing. She helped us load the freezer into the car and gave us rope to secure it. She previously gave us information for another scratch and dent when Danby didn’t have what we were looking for. We’d recommend this location because of the excellent customer service.

We bought a freezer at the outlet and were very impressed with the selection available. The staff showed us different models and pointed out the features on them. We chose a scratch and dent model that had mark that is barely noticeable. It is the exact model we liked in a store- for almost half the price. Haley was a great help explaining the differences in the freezers on the floor.- even loaded it into our vehicle for us. I would highly recommend checking out the outlet.

We bought a scratch and dent stainless steel Danby fridge, from the outlet store, and we are very pleased. The pricing was great, the customer service was excellent (Chris), and delivery was within the week, which was amazing. The fridge front has a couple of small scratches, but otherwise it is in new condition. We were amazed at the amount of products to select from at the outlet store, and we would highly recommend a visit to this local gem.

I purchased a fridge at the scratch and dent sale, got it home, and there was a small issue with it. I returned and spoke with a gentleman named Chris in the outlet store. He as so extremley helpful and resolved my issue in a very timely manner. Chris's customer service skills were second to none. In today's world, we need more people like Chris working in retail. This past summer we bought a compact fridge for ourselves and a full sized fridge for a rental that we own. My tenant's fridge died and I was looking everywhere for someone who had something in stock. ( Lots of places were happy to get me one in 4 weeks..not so helpful) Not only did Danby have stock that you could actually see, but the service we received ( on both visits) was exceptional. We dealt with Patrick and John in the store. Both were friendly, knowledgable and very helpful and went out of their way to get us the best price and arrange delivery that worked for us. Brendan, arranged the time and delivered the fridge to my rental. He was so accommodating and courteous. When I told him how appreciative of his efforts I was, he said, our company motto is 'Do the right thing'. Seriously?! This company should be so grateful that they have such committed dedicated employees. Great work gentlemen! I really appreciate your effort and will be back.

We purchased a bar/wine fridge in February. When installing the fridge
into our custom bar in May, it turned out, that the door holder in the bottom was broken. From their customer service I was directed to the outlet store.
Retail lead Chris M. took care of our exchange in only couple of emails and our new exchange unit was ready for next day. Both at the purchase and with the exchange we met the most forthcoming and helpful young people at the Danby Factory Outlet Store in Guelph. Thank you for the great service, we enjoy our fridge very much!

Matt did a great job showing us a variety of wine cooler models and was very patient answering our questions and explaining the features.
He carefully checked over the unit we bought and even loaded it in our vehicle. Great service! - we will be back and will definitely recommend the store to friends.

We went looking for a chest freezer and got one. Brand new. It was say the outlet casue the box was damaged but not even a scratch on the freezer. We had good service from friendly staff and a great price.

Just purchased a apartment size upright freezer, Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product that we were looking for. He took time to explain and wasn’t pushing us to purchase, From the time we arrived to helping us out loading the freezer to our vehicle . So far, our new freezer is working very well. Shopping at the Danby outlet store in Guelph was a delight. The store attendents were so observant, they came over when we needed help and did not hover over us. When they did come over to help they were amazing. They didn't get frustrated with my many questions and helped us find everything we wanted.
I also didn't know that Danby had so much variety in the store. Very impressed. Worth the drive, just so I could get exactly what I wanted without the hassle or being pushed into getting things I didn't want.
Can't wait to get some more appliances and kitchen items, just because i enjoyed the experience.

We purchased a dehumidifier from the factory outlet. Very impressed with all the products that they offered. The area was clean and organized. The staff was friendly, very knowledgeable. The dehumidifier is high quality and works beautifully.

Just purchased a Danby 14000 BTU portable AC Unit today from this location. it is my first time visiting the Danby Outlet and now it is my go to place. Pricing was very fair and I had many options to choose from. Matt was amazing. He talked to my wife and I and asked questions that ultimately led us to purchasing this specific unit. It is exactly what we needed. I would call say Matt's knowledge is exceptional and that is why we will coming back for more products from this Outlet location. I am very happy with apartment sized fridge recommended by staff at the Outlet Store. They accommodated my needs whenever possible. I got a good price for a scratch/dent model, and any damage is barely visible. I recommend Danby appliances , they last a long time.

Purchased a mini fridge during the boxing week sale. It was brand new in the box. I Got the best price by far that I could find online from any other store or outlet that offered Danby products. Matt was friendly, patient and very informative. I had a great shopping experience and will definitely return when I need another new appliance.
