I had an amazing therapeutic massage with Lesley that left me feeling transformed in the best possible way! It was a 45 minute appointment focused on my back and neck. She was very skilled and intuitive; she found tension bundles that I was not even aware of. Her technique was exceptional. Not only did she effectively work out many tension bundles, I felt an energy shift afterwards that remains 3 days later. I feel much better, more calm and energized. I have been sleeping better and even my dreams are more positive. I highly, highly recommend Lesley for your next massage. 10 stars!

Nicoli is just the kindest person. It’s hard living in a small rural community and Nicoli and the rest of the folks at BYW are a much needed addition. Great people, great massages!

I go there for hot yoga and massage. The instructors are so talented and ensure you are doing the correct movement but also challenge you. I wasn't into yoga until coming here, now I come three times a week!
I recently had a massage and felt so relaxed after! They really know what they are doing there!

I have been to both Lesley and Nicholi and they always tailor the treatment to my current wants and needs. Very comfortable to speak up for more or less pressure and specific areas if needed as they are both very welcoming and easy to talk to. Absolutely love that they direct bill to SunLife!!! Highly recommend deep tissue massages from these fine folks!!

When I first moved to the area I went to Nicoli and Lesley for massages. Since they have moved to their new location I have been enjoying many of the yoga classes backyard wellness has to offer. The instructors are so kind and willing to give you tips to better your practice. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted with a friendly smile creating such a welcoming space.

Backyard Wellness , a wonderful Yoga Studio that showcases their love of yoga. Yogis support all levels of ability. There is always something new offered and a support for community.

I’ve been to multiple classes and I have enjoyed all of them. Kelsey was amazing and patient during baby and mom yoga classes. Lesley was super welcoming when I went to her classes. Nik is AMAZING! So friendly, funny and inviting. Love the hot yoga classes on Thursday nights.

Such a wonderful little studio with incredibly skillful teachers, a warm & inviting atmosphere, and a focus on true health, healing, and community. I have been practicing yoga for 20 years at dozens of studios - Backyard Wellness is by far a favorite! I am deeply grateful for this space and the community therein.

Loving the lunch time class with Lesley! Lesley's instruction gives time to really settle into a pose and apply the instructions for safe and effective form. I always leave feeling content and stronger than I went in. Excited to try the hot yoga!
