Tinsmith Shop Museum

Fantastic old store, workshop and house FILLED with curated vintage items-tin shop, old mercantile front, military, old school house, . So, so much to see. I’d say more than the museums I’ve been to. Excellent place to stop and see to appreciate the hard workers of years gone by. The attendant gave us a tour and had lots of info on the original owners. Worth the pit stop.

A great piece of NS history, faithful preserved, with knowledgeable staff to guide and inform you of some fascinating people from our past. Many artifacts including dioramas , tools and photos. A worthwhile stop, that's incitefull and informative.

This place is wonderful fun. It feels like walking through time. When you finish your tour, check out the craft & gift shop and do your Christmas shopping. Highly recommended!
