I had a metal roof installed back in July and I couldn't be happier with the turn out. I was saving making the review until the roof was tested by high winds. Hurricane Fiona ripped through and the roof did great. The installation was quick, on time and the installers were great to deal with.

Very happy with my new metal roof. Permasteel showed up on time and completed the entire install in less than a day. We are very pleased with the work. I recommend everyone should consider Brad and his team if looking for a new roof. Personally the metal roof gives me peace of mind that I am not going to have issues as the storms get stronger each year. I highly recommend Permasteel.

I am very pleased with both my new roof & the installer, Cordell. Despite the miserable (cold & rainy) weather, & the fact that his co-worker was not available due to illness, Cordell worked diligently. It took a bit longer because he was on his own but on the final day, Cordell stayed until 9 p.m. to finish & clean-up. Now that's dedication! Well done, Cordell!

Wow! How often do you receive service with no glitches or hiccups. A seamless transaction which resulted in a great looking roof that several neighbours have stopped to compliment it. Great job Perma Steel Roofing team!!

Terrible terrible service. As required at time of order, we paid in full they provided no paid invoice but only received payment slip on Nov 1st and told it would be ready for pickup in 2 wks

Followed up after 2wks and then on DAY 23 called and told yet again still NOT ready for pickup maybe Friday so on 24th told to our surprise the metal was not even cut as cutter was moved. We had people lined up to help on Sat to get it installed. Finally was told to pickup on Tues DAY 28

We would NEVER recommend this company due to extremely poor customer service and late completion date. If you need a roof and have tight deadlines don't use this company not reliable.
