First time shopping for a vape, and I really didn’t know what I should be getting. Buck made the process SO EASY! He listened to what I was looking for and then made some awesome recommendations. He then showed me how to set up my new vape and explained all the things I would need to know to enjoy. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place to everyone!

Great store, excellent staff, awesome owner, they always have lots of stock, so I can always get exactly what I want and need.

Professional and friendly staff I'm very satisfied with the product i purchased from here the staff members are always welcoming and will answer any questions. The shop it's self is kept clean overall I'm very impressed fantastic work.

Absolutely amazing customer service. The employee I dealt with was very polite and outgoing. There was a lot of options between disposable and reusable and sick flavours. I Will definitely be back!

Went in and was blown away! They had an amazing selection of flavours with high energy, friendly and very educated staff! 10/10 would recommend if you want a great experience and need help with your vape in any aspect! Not to mention one of the cleanest public bathrooms I've ever used!

Went in again recently and still 5 years later the quality of service and detail to instruction and care for product users is above the rest!

Fantastic quality, great selection, all around a solid experience. Tyler is always super knowledgeable everytime I go in, and was super patient when I first quit smoking getting me set up with everything I needed.

I had to update the review because I keep coming back here! Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly, and because of their advice and their help; I was finally able to quit smoking.

Excellent service. It was my first time here today and I had asked a lot of questions since I am still learning about all the options. The young man that works there had a lot of knowledge and experience, and made everything super simple. I will be returning!! :)

Its my go to place in Windsor Ontario. I found them close by to my second residence. I only wish there was one close by to my etobicoke apartment. They have a great selection of e-juice, mods, pod mods coils and batteries. And the employees that work there kind and very helpful. Just make sure to do your own research on products your interested in before walking in.

My boyfriend and I stopped in here today and it was the best experience at any vape store I've ever been to. The guys that worked there were super friendly and energetic. The store was clean and organized. We tried a bunch of different e-juices and they helped us find juices that were most appealing to us. They even gave us cute lanyards. We'll definitely be back in the future!

LOVE this shop! I cross the border from Detroit just to come here. The shop is always clean and in great shape. There are a wide variety of products and the staff is always really nice and very knowledgeable.

Very very kind and knowledgeable staff! Has corrected so many errors in my purchasing history through another vape store in town (I went in for coils, bought a brand new tank and pack of coils and the pack of coils didn't fit the tank that they sold me after the glass tube of my old tank broke costed 80 dollars instead of 5) I just very much appreciate this place for the way they do business and the customer service that clearly was lacking in the other store.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Tyler recommended a vape that would accommodate all of my needs, and it exceeded my expectations. There needs to be more staff with as much compassion and knowledge as he. Will definitely be a returning customer because of him.
