It's difficult to write a review about a Vet clinic, simply because if I go there, I'm probably stressed about something. However, the staff at Glooscap is always helpful and outgoing. There is rarely much of a wait past the provided appointment time.

Allison was more than happy to help me out when I requested medication options that they don't normally carry. I've had other vets who have refused to do that, insisting I buy what they carry in stock.

The gracious folks at Glooscap were so kind to bring Cooper our G Retriever in at last minute on Friday and saved poor Cooper an aweful ordeal by their kindness. Thanks both to Cindy and Karla for taking care of us and our belived animals.

They take very good care with my fur babies. My senior dog loves going there.

I have no clue how they remember all our names... human and fur babies! They really make you feel like family. If you get a chance to meet Duchess the Great Dane, it's your lucky day!

Moved here a year ago and l took my cat there. Everyone there is awesome! They are all so friendly n caring. So glad l chose to go there. You people are great thanks so much

Took my car there, fist time he's been to the vet. We were nervous because he gets pretty feisty, but the vet was very capable. Handled our cat very well, we were pretty amazed.
We were also able to get an appointment fairly quickly, and they were very understanding about being late due to the cat not getting into the carrier well.

I had to put my cat down after 20 years. I am so pleased at how the vet and assistant treated me and shadow. You held her like she mattered. You snuggled her with me to the very end. I appreciated your compassion and empathy. Thank you for caring that day. Im so glad I went this route looking back. So much more professional for her at that time of life. Xxxx

Very gentle, kind and compassionate end-of-life care to our beloved but very ill senior cat. They did everything possible to make it as comfortable and comforting as such a sad day can be, both for our pet and for us. We aren't quite ready for another pet yet, but when we are we will certainly go to Glooscap in Greenwich!

We recently lost our furbaby Jersey. When we took him over to this location, the woman handled everything with respect. She allowed me to say goodbye, and helped me with information. The first time I took Jersey there, he was going for surgery and everyone showed their love for animals. It was a different and happier experience then the Coldbrook location. I stopped going to Coldbrook because they seemed like animals we just objects.

When my wife went to pick up Jersey's ashes in Coldbrook, my wife was holding back tears. When she told the receptionist why she was there, the woman responded with, 'here you go, have a nice day.' My wife was kinda shocked and put off by it.

So I wish we knew about the Greenwich location sooner. I've heard amazing things about you, and bad things about Coldbrook.

In my opinion, the best vet clinic in the area! Very friendly, knowledgeable staff and great with every pet I have taken there. They were also the only place who would give me the time of day when I needed immediate assistance with a stray. I will always bring my pets here!

At 1AM my poor kitty took a turn for the worst, but the amazing staff at Glooscap answered my call and their swift and competent actions returned him to perfect health. I would never put the lives of my fur friends anywhere else but here in the healing hands of these honorable hoomans.

They are kind, considerate and have reasonable prices. My German short-haired pointer is comfortable being there.

Great experiences every time I've gone here - regardless if it was routine check ups or emergencies. I never worry about my fur babies when they are at this vet.

I was really happy with the way my dane and myself were taken care of. I didn't have a local vet and was turned away by a couple. I will be using Glooscap as my new vet for sure
