I have been a patient of Dr. Daniel Lacroix for almost 10 years and he is an excellent doctor. He has always been very courteous to my mother and I and always answers our questions to the best of his ability. He does not hesitate to refer us to specialists (if needed). I would definitely recommend him.

Wonderful staff, extremely friendly and they take the time to discuss what you are calling about and what your needs are in a very organized manner. Stacy is very polite and I definitely recommend this medical centre not only for their great level of care, but for the friendly, welcoming experience you receive from all staff members whether in person or by phone.

Clean environment.

This was my family Dr for 15 years.

He is/was i thought fantastic. Because i live in Ottawa i went to a walk in clinic. With no notice that they terminated me as a patient i went to fill my prescription and was told that my dr did not renew it. I called today and was told they aren't required to tell us when they dis enroll a patient. No compassion at all. I would not recommend this clinic.

Horrible service by Dr. Dupuis, requested mental health help for my 12 year old and all he could do was send a referral to a therapist that cost 150$ an hour. When I asked for more help than that he felt personally attacked and told me if I think I can find better help elsewhere to go ahead and find it.

Extremely unprofessional, doesn’t display any empathy towards mental health.

I spent an hour at cheo and got more help for my child in a hour than he was able to offer in months!

Don’t bother!

I was a patient of Dr. Lacroix my whole life. His bed side manner lacks compassion and he acts as if he's "above you." He does not make you feel heard. Lacks basic respect, social skills. This doctor also takes leave quite frequently making access to medical care impossible. I'm glad I finally removed myself as a patient. The way he treated me was unacceptable.

Since Dr. Barkley left, the service at this medical centre is terrible. Now the message always picks up, you never get to speak to a human on contact. They do not return calls with the time frame, if they call back at all. Using their email is no better. I've been trying for weeks to get some info ....no reply. So disappointed ☹☹☹

Where do I start.. staff are horrible never answers the phone, and I've had "Dr."Daniel Lacroix as a family doctor for 23 years now.. but he tells the pharmacy otherwise cause his so lazy.
