Jessica is absolutely wonderful and I really appreciated her attention to detail. My son LOVED his new haircut. We're very happy to have found this barbershop and we will certainly be going back.

We live in Mexico, but Jessica is still the only person my husband will let cut his hair- she does a fabulous job every time, so when we're back in Canada, we now make the drive out to Casselman for his hair cuts! He's been getting his hair cut for over 8 years with Jessica and will continue to even if she moves her salon to Siberia! Haha

Seriously though, we love Jessica- she's super friendly and cuts great hair!

Jessica was the kindest and understanding when I came to her the day before my sister's wedding. She was very accommodating, taking note of what I needed and followed my request to a 'T'.

She's all by herself and is unable to do walk-in services, causing many potential clients to get frustrated. Booking online, in advance, is a must!

I have been with Jessica for 7 years now and each haircut was better than the last. She always goes above and beyond to accommodate for her client’s needs and schedules. She is always respectful, on time, and the shop is very clean/tidy. Would absolutely recommend Castle’s Mane Barbershop

The staff are professional, the shop is clean, barber service @ the right price and a straight razor shave on the neck to finish it off is a nice added touch!

I went there as I had gotten a really bad haircut somewhere else.
I sat down and just asked 'please fix this'. I left the woman to her devices and boy that was a good decision.

Came out looking amazing. Fixed an absolute mess.

Today was our first visit at this Barbershop but surely not our last. I brought my 16 yr old for a haircut at a local shop and the haircut was bad. These women where so nice. They were fully booked until closing time.Tania told me to come back after her last appointment of the day and she would fix his hair. It was so nice of her. She even refused to charge us since we had already paid for the first haircut. Thanks Tania, I have a happy teenager again.

I didnt have an appointment and the schedule was full but Jessica managed to squeeze me in for a full cut!
Even though she was booked solid, she took her time and made sure the cut was 100% before moving to the next person.
Customer satisfaction is the goal and it was certainly met today.

I am only in the area temporarily, but I would recommend this business to anyone. Jessica was honest, relatable and empathetic, but also very focused on the quality of the cut. Overall, the quality is attentive toward the customer and the job simultaneously making for a pleasing experience during, and after the cut. I have never experienced a more comfortable barber who performs so fluently and with such expertise.

First time visiting Jessica and it was a great experience. She was on time, not in a rush to get me out of the chair, took her time to do a good job and even shaved the back of the neck which is very rare these days. All in all, a great experience.

Jessica is a true hair artist, there's no other barber that I've had care so much about a client. As much as hair re-grows pretty fast, her attention to detail and proudness of her work is unreal. I come in looking like a disaster and walk out looking like a millions bucks.
