My friend introduced me to this place on my last visit to Montreal! I don’t know about you, but when I travel, my eating habits are sometimes not the best…. This place had healthy, delicious options!! Could have eaten 3 more bowls of the satay peanut salad, loved it sooo much!!!! Can’t wait to go back and try more of their delicious menu items!!

Unbelievably beautiful dining room for some amazing salads, even if they seem to be on the pricier side - they are worthwhile especially for a vegan friendly option.

My friend raved about trying Mandy's and their salads. The economical option is to select one of their pre-conceived choices and then add a protein of choice, which was how I ended up with my Sesame Dressed Salad with Peanut Chick'n. Apparently the soy based one is not vegan which I'm not sure if that's true, but I took the staff's word for it.

Once you order, take a seat and wait for the massive salad to appear in front of you. It was one of the best dine-out salads I have had - loaded with fresh ingredients and the option for plant-based protein made it all the better.

Not to mention that the venue is just exquisite and really makes you feel like you are in a fairy tale fantasy.

Great atmosphere and delicious food, only downside I would say is it’s a bit pricey for a salad.

The place is super instagrammable, it’s so cute, I felt like I was walking into a set.

They serve all sorts of salad, any Vegan will be happy here.

Service is good, recommendations were spot on. Food came in quickly, we were in a hurry and they helped us get the food on the table in no time.

I heard that a Mandy’s Toronto will open up soon, I can’t wait!

LOVELY atmosphere with delicious healthy food options and treats. Great vegetarian and vegan options too. Counter service for soups, salads, grain bowls, coffee and pastries and a quaint seating area. I hope to come back!

Salad was fresh and delicious. The actual shop itself and eating spaces are beautifully decorated and very pleasant.

I chose my own ingredients for the salad, since I'm on a completely raw diet. I loved it! Great dressing, good portion size, very kind staff and fast service. We found a spot on the patio; we needed one more chair and all were taken but the waiter kindly brought out one of the interior chairs. I loved the interior decoration as well. Will visit again when I come to Montreal. The only thing I would improve is make the entrance more accessible, the stairs were rather steep for my friend whose mobility is limited. Adding a hand rail/ramp would be a good idea.

Nice place to chat and hang out with friends. I ordered a smoothie and it’s around $12. I don’t usually order smoothie so it’s a little pricey to me, but it’s tasty and decent portion. I might come again for salad bowls one day.

I stopped by this Mandy's several times while on vacation for their smoothies. They are very good (my favorite being the coco loco and the berry acai) and price is reasonable considering the portion size and quality.

While I never ate in, the cafe was adorable. The staff were also so friendly and made my visits pleasant. As a tourist from the US, I greatly appreciated the English menu options.

The Shakthi is one of the best smoothies I've ever had!! Silky smooth, creamy, and rejuvenating with a satisfying spicy kick from the ginger. Perfect on a hot late afternoon. Didn't get anything to eat but definitely will next time! The smoothie took some time to make; but when it came, the worker who gave me the smoothie also gave me the surplus from the batch. The restaurant itself is vibrant, pink, tropical, diner-esque, and shabby chic. Very aesthetic!

The atmosphere is the first thing that stands out, but right when you taste the food it steals the show. Everything was Very fresh and exceeded expectations. I’m not big on getting salads when eating out but this spot was insane. I got the duck which might be limited I believe it was amazing. They also offer to toss it (pause), which is a great plus that many spots should add.

In Montreal for a work event and was looking for a salad. Couldn’t be happier with Mandy’s! I ordered the Cesar salad, BBQ sweet potato chips, lemonade, and a oatmeal cookie they newly added to the menu. It was so good I went back to get another one before they closed for the day.

Salad is literally my favorite food and Mandy’s has also been one of my favorite healthy restaurant. When I feel like eating salad, I already know where to eat a good fresh one. The decorations are so cute and unique.

Mandy's has always been exceptional in terms of quality and taste. It's also great for a quick grab-and-go lunch. There are so many bowls to choose from and they even offer smaller sizes for kids.

This location in particular is a little hard to find parking because Old Port is not the easiest place for cars to navigate.

But if you opt for dining in, the vibe is on point!

I am literally obsessed with this place. For my Americans, think Sweetgreen’s little sister who lives in Malibu. Salads are huge, fresh, and unique. As an omnivore, I looooove the mock chicken here (there are plenty of non-vegan options as well!). The smoothies are also really good, especially the green one!

Only con would be it is on the pricey side, similar to Sweetgreen. I do think the salad is larger though, FWIW!

Absolutely loved this place! An instructor at Luna Yoga recommended this to me when I was visiting Montreal and we stopped in for a healthy but filling lunch — all the bowl and salad options are filled with quality ingredients and they’re large portions, in cute bowls, with fun ambiance and surroundings... what more could you ask for?!

Loved this place. The interior is nicely decorated and the staff was very friendly. The salad was fresh and it was a fairly large portion size. Would recommend.
