Faild to ask sellers to empty sceptic tank which is a common courtesy.

Failed to check if the sellers had made the repairs that were required for sale to go through.

Used misleading pictures to sell a property with a broken roof during the winter.

Accepted to lie in the sellers report with the owners that sold the house, claiming “no mold present and no leaking in the house and no ice shards forming” even though all of these and more were found after i purchased the house.

Provided me 0 assistance after the sale to request the former owners to fix what they had to fix in the house claiming “he was in a conflict of interest” and could not help me.

CERTAIN HE PLANNED A FAKE WATER TEST TO SELL THE HOUSE in question as the well was clearly contaminated.
