I had contacted this company to change my current lock as the door would not lock without having to slam it. The technician attempted to fix the issue by repositioning the existing lock, for this, i paid 96$ (35$ service call fee plus the cost of labor). This unfortunately, did not solve the problem. I called back the next day and the tech arrived and removed the old lock and inserted a new one. I can no longer use my buzzer (this was discussed beforehand) and now the door most likely will need to be slightly repaired as the old lock was bigger than the new lock (keep in mind that this is going to be an additional cost for me). I was once again charged a 35$ service fee. I asked the tech if the 35$ service fee could be waved because I had now paid twice for the same issue and i would now have to reinforce the doorframe. I was told that this was out of his hands and that it was the company who charged this mandatory fee. I contacted the company and was transfered to a manager who basically told me that this was their policy and that the service fee would not be reimbursed. So overall, I paid 96$ on day one and 247$ the next day for the same issue and I'm now going to need to pay someone to reinforce the door frame. The least that they could have done was wave the fee. This is super unreasonable. If I had to do it again I would have called a different company. Do not reccomend.
