Francois was very friendly and professional and didn’t just immediately drill the lock when initial picking didn’t open the lock. He managed to get it open very quickly using different picking tools. It was quite expensive but arrived within 45 mins of me making the call. Great service

We were locked inside our apartment and had a wedding to go to. Francois came in 45mins, got us out, and replaced my doorknob. He even checked my other locks on the door to make sure they all work.

Our electronic lock was damaged from inside the house however was working from the outside. Eric and Frank helped us within couple of hours and provided a unique solution which was cost effective and much better than changing the entire lock. Honest. His initial assessment was 1000$ based on the initial assessment of the type of lock but when he arrived he discovered it was easier to work with than anticipated and lowered the price to 600
