First, let me say, I’ve spent 20 years working at the dealership level in every management position. I’m quite familiar with good and bad service. I highly recommend SP Master Tech!

I brought my Freightliner in for its annual safety. The inspection was fair and accurate. They supplied an estimate for the repairs. Naturally, when you start taking things apart and or diagnosing, things sometime escalate. They kept me updated about any additional work required and also provided an estimate for that work as well.

When it was all said and done, they came in just slightly under the quote. Which in this industry, is almost unheard of anymore. They also met my timeline and had my truck ready for me to go back to work!
