Menard towing came to my rescue again today when my truck battery didn't want to cooperate. They were sent through the ram warranty roadside assistance. This is the second time I have had the same driver (unfortunately forget to get his name) and he is always super helpful and kind.

BEST TOW SERVICE AROUND!! Chris helped me get my GMC Sierra to the dealership after I had issues with my front tire (Nearly fell off after blowing a ball joint). Chris went over and above to help me get my truck up the tow ramp to make sure we didn't damage it any further. He went out of his way to ensure we safely got it up the ramp and to the dealership. Thanks for the time you took and the patience you had with the situation. After a completely miserable day, Chris made my day.

We blew our tire on the 417 on a Sunday. We called for service and Mike made it to us very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and quickly replaced our time. Absolutely excellent service. We highly recommend!!

I got stuck in the early morning in snow drifts during -25C temps. The truck operator arrived in about 30 minutes and made short work of winching me through the drifts to freedom. Very friendly and service with a smile even at -35 to -40 windchill. Thanks! I would recommend Menard Towing.

Flat tire while driving home from Ottawa... made it to Casselman.. called my roadside assistance, they distpatched Menard Towing.. ETA 58min.. he showed up in 20min... tire was changed and was on my way before i knew it. He was friendly and professional.. made the whole experience bareable. Thank you ! Had a little mishap with the truck on my way to Limoge from Ottawa. François, from Ménard towing, got there promptly (25 mins) and quickly raised my vehicle on the flatbed tow truck. We received great service by Frank from Menard Towing. My transmission blew out and they arrived quickly enough to tow it to the garage.

I have been using their services for 20 years now, and twice this week. Always great service, fair prices and prompt response. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing emergency or non-emergency towing services!
