St-Isidore Médical

I have been going to this medical centre for over thirty years. I have never, ever, seen the front desk girls without a smile on their faces. They have always been super pleasant and efficient, even in these difficult times.
And as for Dr.Clement, he has always been extremely efficient, professional and will always take his time to ensure he has done everything he can for you. You will never find a doctor as dedicated to his work as Dr. Clement is.

Ive been going to this medical center for 40 years or more and all I can say there amazing and caring for me it’s a 5 star

Dr. Clement is an amazing doctor - he really takes the time to listen to you and address any and all issues you might be having. He detected a congenital abnormality in my son that was missed by another doctor, and which would have led to issues later in life had it not been addressed at a young age. Very thankful that I am in his care.

When we moved to the area 4 years ago we had no family Drs around here and couldn't find one. We checked with this Medical Centre and luckily for us a new Dr. was to start soon and took both my husband and I as patients and now our baby boy. Staff is awesome. Call backs are fast and our Dr., Dr. Koncan is amazing! We recommend this Medical Centre 100%

I've been going to this medical center for as long as I can remember, 25+ years, I have always been treated great from staff weather it be reception or nurses, as for Dr.Clement, he has always been extremely efficient, professional and thorough, and I'm happy to see student doctors training under him as I believe they too will become great doctors under his guidance.

I went there for my annual physical visit. Everyone who works there is so friendly and efficient. It made the visit more pleasant 😍

I've been to many Dr. Clinics and after a few bad ones, you get to appreciate how hard working & compassionate the staff is at St-Isidore clinic.The care and respect from Drs., Nurses & receptionists is the reason I come here.
The reason for 4 stars is:

-The wait times can be lenghty (45mins) when waiting for your scheduled appointment. I'am assuming because doctors are being thorough with other patients, as they are with me in my appointments. So expect Dr. Delay

- The phone system is irratating.
It takes a long time before you can talk to reception or a nurse. An estimated wait time or a cue line would determined weither or not I simply remain on hold, call later when less busy, & or drive myself down directly to the clinic to speak with someone. This would also eliminate the assumption most people have wich is the receptionist isnt awnsering. It's obviously not her fault is she has 20 callers ahead of me.
-The phones lines are active on days the clinic is closed. You can wait for hours on hold & no-one will pick up because the office is empty. A simple "were currently closed" Notice on the phone directory would fix this issue.

If the phone lines are ever quicker and or less annoying to deal with, I'll happily give this place the 5 stars it deserves.

Depuis 2018, j'ai reçu un service des plus professionnel de la part de Dr Julie Koncan, une medecin polyvalente et à l'écoute des besoins de sa clientèle. J'ai aussi apprécié l'aide de Dr Taherally, les bons soins des infirmières et la courtoisie des réceptionnistes.
