Great business and very well run.

Super clean inside. Machines work well and aren’t crazy expensive which shows the ethics of the owners because they have a monopoly on laundromats around here but they don’t Jack the prices. Has large folding surfaces and baskets. Vending machines for laundry and food as well as a change machine.

From time to time on really busy days the water pressure drops (not their fault it’s a city water issue) and the machine will time out. All you have to do is call the owner and they come as soon as they can and replace the money. It only happened to me once in the year I’ve been going there and the owners were so nice and very apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault.

I posted a couple of years ago that there wasn't a Valley Laundromat as clean and well organized as TJ's Convenience just outside Kentville. Well...it's 2024 and time to re-post. Yes there is another Valley Laundromat that meets and might even exceed TJ's for cleanliness and efficiency. It's Fluff n' Fold on Water Street in Windsor. Thanks 'Fluff n Fold' for saving those of us with hard Hants County water.

This is the cleanest laundromat I ever used. The owner is very helpful and friendly. She obviously takes pride in her business. WiFi is good too!!

As a young mom I'm BROKE anyway, our coins got stuck in the washer and while the staff weren't on site there service phone was available and they came immediately with replacement change for us. BEYOND APPRECIATED!

Also she played with my daughter for a few minutes after arriving which made her entire day !

The laundromat and machines are fairly new and it has always been clean when I've gone in. It's definitely a well needed and welcomed addition to the town. You want to bring your own quarters and loonies as there isn't an attendant or change machine on the premises. I think the only thing I didn't like about it was the $3.00 minimum to get the dryers started, very frustrating when there's only an item or two that didn't dry. If the dryer has already stopped and you have to pay $3 just for the few extra mins you needed. Overall, it's one of the better laundromats I've used in the last 2 years .... update... great news! I heard there is now a change machine available on site

Nice and clean, however change machines and several washers were out of order.

Clean. Way too hot. No change available.

First time I've been here, washer didn't fill but took my money. Signs posted to ask staff for help but there isn't anyone in here. Had to call and apparently they'll be here in 15 mins. Don't come here if you're in any kind of time crunch. Waste of space to put up signs if they don't have staff. Edit: staff came and let me know if more than 1 washer is filling they will time out, so if someone else is doing laundry don't bother coming here.

Most washers were busted including the change machine
