Adorable coffee place. Perfect for a casual date or get together. Windsor downtown needs a lot of places like this. Cute & relatively affordable, attracting young professionals &/or university/college students.
The rest of the places we saw while walking around were pretty shady or just run down places and the streets of downtown don't seem safe anymore. It would be nice if someone looked at improving this area, it has so much potential with the riverfront nearby, but all you see around is an eyesore.

At times it can be a bit loud. But the food, the music, the lovely staff, the coffee makes up for it. I always come here to relax and unwind. Wish there was one in LaSalle. Must visit whenever you come to Windsor. One of our few gems.

The best coffee in Windsor! It is incredibly clean and the cozy atmosphere and welcoming staff make it well worth the trip. Options for everyone here, so if you're vegan, celiac, etc., there's definitely something on the menu for you. You can also buy coffee beans and gift baskets here! A++!

Wonderful ambiance. Delicious food . Awesome service. Best place for a cup of coffee at the heart of downtown Windsor . Must try banana cafe. It was delicious

Because I’m a coffee lover, this is one that I’ve tried when I came here in Windsor. The coffee and cinnamon that I ordered is something that exceeded my expectation. The flavour and taste is one of the best that I have tried so far.

Had the most delicious vegan carrot walnut muffin & a chai latte with oat milk! Will definitely return to try the other vegan baked goods as the muffin was so so good!

Been going to The Coffee Exchange since I was in high school about 20 years ago. Always a hit. These coconut mocha frappes I had yesterday with my daughter's were beyond amazing. Will be frequenting this gem of a spot for another 20 years.

Comfortable place to spend a few hours on a rainy afternoon (loved the nook area in the back). Stopped in for a light lunch, coffee, and pastries while visiting the area from Chicago. Enjoyed the maple flavored coffee. Was happy to purchase a pound bag to bring home.

I regularly visit this cafe for my morning coffee and have always had a great experience with my drinks, friendly workers and the other regulars.

This morning there was a rude customer that woke up and chose to be hateful (Islamophobic) towards me and my friends while we were waiting in line to order. Thank you to the worker that refused to give service to the entitled customer and being patient while they threw a tantrum and also to the lovely customer that stood up for us.

I'm from Windsor and already know that one person's actions
does not represent the majority here and I'm thankful that despite everything happening nowadays, there are still kind people around.

To the customer that was spewing hate, I think a walk by the riverside might help you vent your anger towards the world or therapy :)

Will definitely continue coming here.

Nice downtown shop with great selection of drinks. Here for the atmosphere. Its great.

One of the best coffee shops in Windsor. They have free wifi, and plugs all over the shops. The staff is very friendly. The coffee is great. You have to try their cookies also.

I've ordered over 1,000 Americanos from Coffee Exchange. Every single one was made perfectly. Hot and delicious. They have one of the best bakeries of any coffee shop, and the best banana bread I've ever had.

Good coffee and tasty sandwiches, not to mention, affordable. Highlight in food are their baked cakes and cookies and paninis. Whoever makes them knows what they're doing and it's the perfect low sweet "sweetness" level. But not many options in salty baked goods/ snacks - only bagels! Wish there were croissants, etc. The whole ambience is quite a delight. Every barista is an efficient coffee-maker and lovely with their service. Recommend it for sure, any day!

I absolutely love this place they have great coffee and when they have their vegan muffins they are absolutely fantastic!! This place is great for everyone even if you don't like coffee they will have something just as delicious for you!!

The staff are amazing. 100% going back. This was my first time and didn't realize debit/credit tips couldn't be made. Please make sure you have a few bucks cash to tip the wonderful staff.

I loved this place while I was in Windsor. Great coffee and friendly staff members and nice place to work from. Only downside is their internet speed sucks so you are better off using your phone as Hotspot.

The coffee here is just too notch! Every drink on their menu is delicious, and will definitely leave you with a bit of a caffeine buzz! Also offer some lovely desserts. Great atmosphere and friendly staff as well. One thing that could be improved is having a more efficient ordering and payment system. They are usually pretty busy, but only have one debit machine.
