Brandon was super nice he greeted each and every person entering and leaving the store. He made sure everything I ordered with dozens of customizations was accurately made! Who finds such hardworking and friendly baristas these days!

This Starbucks location exceeded my expectations. The environment is very clean, warm and inviting. The staff is also super friendly. I cross the US/Canadian border frequently and love stoping here for my coffee. Would definitely recommend!

I personally co managed side my side with Taylor at Eastside Mario’s. The statements about her “keeping” money is very false.
She worked in a very professional manner treating all staff with equality, loyalty and respect!
I personally was very proud to see the Starbucks that she opened. Was happily greeted by the staff on shift and well educated on the food and beverages. Very clean and organized environment.

Convenient location with direct indoor access from the Four Points hotel. Very clean and cozy atmosphere. Adequately staffed with friendly baristas. Good coffee as is expected of Starbucks. Plenty of cute Starbucks merchandise / drinkware too, a lot of which were marked down / on sale.

The only downside was that they were not yet accepting Starbucks gift cards / mobile orders. Staff mentioned they were waiting for head office to approve a new payment system; fair as they had only recently opened.

A lot of people gave negative reviews for this, but it’s pretty standard for licensed (non-corporate) stores to have certain restrictions when it comes to using the Starbucks app / rewards program. Since this location is owned by the hotel, it will likely still not function 100% like a corporately-owned Starbucks in that regard, even after the new payment system is put in place.

Overall, I had a very good experience and will definitely be coming back the next time I stay at the hotel.

So happy to have a Starbucks back in downtown Windsor. This location is great with two entrances. Lots of room for patrons to come and go. Employees are friendly and quick to serve.

I was lucky enough to work with this manager at my old job and was very impressed by her new store. Very clean, friendly staff, and well managed. I appreciate the level of professionalism when opening up a new store in downtown windsor and respect how she handles any obstacles. Any time I order from there the service is fast and friendly, and the drinks and food are amazing. Definitely my new regular starbucks location.

They r the best for me, the coffee always and in any branch is so good.

Love the manager Taylor. Super kind and very helpful. Bad reviews would be people trying trying to knock her down!! She’s amazing!!! Definitely going back.
