Despite facing challenges in picking it up, the owner/operator’s commitment to ensuring its safe arrival was truly commendable. He called me to make sure that the problem was properly resolved. His caring approach and dedication to customer satisfaction have raised the standard for how owner operators manage their shops. Thank you for going above and beyond! Great store! Same package I tried to drop off but got rejected twice the same day at the Lougheed location got taken right away. Excellent service. Will always come here instead of the one on Lougheed now

The UPS store at Newport is a gem! The people here are so friendly, professional and helpful. I come here for all of my shipping and photo needs. I had to try a few times for my newborn's passport photos (so hard to get a baby to cooperate) and they were incredibly patient and professional. I highly recommend coming here for any printing and shipping service, wonderful customer service!

They are really VERY good at the Newport Village UPS Store! Smiling, helpful and customer focused. I went in thinking I'd done my research about which level of service I needed for the document I had to send. Not only did they correct me and save me some money in the process, they took care of the paperwork and put in place a reminder to make sure it would be placed in the outgoing packages on Monday, not today....and still arrive one day sooner than what I had picked!! THAT'S service excellence ✨

Masoud was such a great help.
We were scanning and emailing some formal letters and were thankful that Masoud had noticed that the content was not very well organized ( paragraphs not properly spaced ) and took the time to help us reorganize so it didn’t arrive in the receivers inbox looking all a mess!

Masoud helped me with a rather complicated delivery (numerous address and contact information changes and uncertainty) and absolutely went out of his way to communicate with both me and UPS. This standard of customer service is rare!
