What a great experience at the Frank And Oak women's boutique! The style is smart and simplistic with looks ranging from androgynous to more traditionally "feminine." The clothes are on the pricey side, considering they're made overseas, but the quality is decent.
The customer service was the best I've ever received in a clothing store. The staff were available, but did not pressure us to buy. They offered friendly, efficient, and informative service. I waited less than 30 seconds at the cash, and the cashier apologized for the wait.

I haven't been to the store, but I've been ordering online about once every month. I LOVE their clothing and their customer service. TOP NOTCH! This is a MEMBERS-ONLY Clothing brand/store. Don't wanna sign up? GOOD! More for me. As a Hunt Club member, I love my 8% back on all purchases, and only lures me into buying even more cool clothing, for cheaper. Once you make your first purchase, you're pretty much getting discounts on everything you buy after.

I would say "highly recommended", but I'd like to keep the greatness to myself! Sizing is a bit tight/small, but everyone should be able to fit their normal sizes. I find the quality of the clothing top notch. NONE of my clothes have any fading, loose stitching, loose buttons, or anything like that after several washes.

Experience was great and super fast! Registered for the Hunt Club and could not be any happier with my choice to do so. Clothing is fantastic fit and quality. Their system for determining what size you are in their clothing is excellent and super helpful. I can understand why people don't want to register on their site to simply view the clothing, however I do agree that it helps to tailor the experience to your style.

The Style is great! Some of the complaints that I've heard are that the sizing is inconsistent across clothes, but I've found that the sizing is consistently en pointe, which is important considering that their clothes are so fitted. I would definitely recommend checking this site if you're a slim build; if you're a more heavy set guy then be aware that their clothes are all slim fit. No complaints from me however, their clothes so far have been a great find for me.

This place is great! I buy almost exclusively my clothes at Frank and Oak. I live the quakity, the style and the value. I get compliments on my clothes very often now! And I love that they ship your clothes for at home try-on. The round trip shipping is free if you're an elevate (what used to be the hunt club) member!

After contemplated Frank & Oak's site for quite some times, I read their sizes section to get a better understanding of what to expect. I made a trial purchase test of two shirts to see if they fit me. I am a medium athletic/muscular built with broad thick shoulders, chest and a little to no belly (depending), I decided to go with their Large slim built. I'm very satisfied with their cut and how they look on me. I've already purchased two more shirts and still have the same level of satisfaction. I'm just reluctant to try their pants though. Hopefully, I'll get the same satisfaction.

I signed up for the subscription box because I don't like to go shopping. I'm four months in and I love it. When did shop in-store, the employees were eager to help me find what I was looking for, and get it in the right size. Doing my exchanges and returns were really easy.

Stopped into their only location in MTL to have a first hand look at the quality and fit before committing to buying online. I can say that Frank & Oak has a winning combo, price and quality of clothing are great, fit was perfect to my surprise, the in store customer service was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be purchasing a whole lot more from this store, looking forward to seeing them open more locations, although if that means the price of their clothes will be going up then I'd be perfectly fine with online only. I will be a regular from here on.

Great products and only getting better. The quality of some stuff is very high and some other items its a reasonable quality but its all for a very reasonable price so its advantageous in that sense. You get free shipping both ways (how can you possibly complain), 4% cash back in store credit and discount coupons at least once a month. I've been shopping here since their inception and its only up from there. Great products, really excellent customer service and good prices.

The quality of the clothing is great, as is their customer service. They frequently have a nice new line of clothes and their commitment to quality really shows through. They also offer a percentage of each person as store credit so you earn a little each time you buy something.

I've read a few of the reviews complaining about having to create a membership before being allowed to browse their inventory. I've been on the site for a 6 months and at no point has my information been compromised or sold to outside entities. On the other hand, the personal customer service I have received from them has been stellar. The direct, immediate, and consistent correspondence from Sarah the customer service rep throughout my ordering process was above and beyond what was originally expected. Most companies throw themselves out there on the internet as totally available to anyone passing by but never offer any personalized attention and commitment. It's so refreshing to see that such customer service integrity still exists on the internet sales landscape where most take the easy road of price discounting to attract customers. Funny how those out there complain about poor customer service when they choose to purchase the cheapest priced option available. Actions speak louder than words and my commitment to Frank and Oak through the free registration process has reciprocated a complete commitment from them with world class customer service. Well done and thank you.

Great store. Had the assistant prepare my summer wardrobe and had a blast while doing so. Style and fit is perfect but quality is just a bit below its price point. Lots of loose threads here and there but overall good feel

Having to register online to view the inventory seemed rediculous at first glance; however, I was really curious about the store and registered anyway. I couldnt be more pleased that I did! Once you register, you realize that the registration process is used to personalize the online experience to what you like, your personal taste, and size. A completely revolutionary website with incredible prices and incredible clothes! F&O is awesome, keep doing what you're doing!

I felt in love with F&O after my first order. I'm a canadian customer living near Montreal. Usually get my stuff home in less than 2 days. Really happy with the after sale service too. I really recommand the Hunt club. First selections were not the best but after a few crates, the advisors get a better idea of your style and I got quite impressed !

High quality clothing for the price.

Went to their warehouse sale and we were expecting chaos, to our surprise it wasn’t - very well organized and great staff, we scored many great pieces. We hope they keep their online store at the very least because we love the brand: great quality, fair prices

Came here to check reviews before trying this out. 3.5 stars. For those of you willing to ignore the asinine comments about having to give them your email address to view products. As well as complaints about things one could have avoided by actually reading policies before spending money online with this company. You might consider that these reviews would have garnered 4 stars.

Seriously people rate things accordingly and make it about something that matters. Give them your email address and then learn to unsubscribe. The world isn't all that scary. I'm adding 5 stars just to offset the idiot reviews. Will post another honest review after my first order.

I love everything I ordered from Frank & Oak!

Ok, if you are of average build and height, everything will fit you.
I'm 5'10", ~200lb and everything fits me perfectly.
The quality is great! The Style is great! The brand and website/app is great!

The customer service is awesome, when my shipment was mixed up by canada post they refunded me the money. When I damaged my shirt they offered a refund just to be nice.

Yup you have to log in to see the catalog, if you don't like it, well there is target or walmar. They will let you preview everything without login in sooo... ya. I will say you are missing out if that's where you stop.

FAO is more expensive but I am willing to pay extra for what they offer (equivalent to gap)

I finally like my clothing selection which is ~80% FAO :)
Let's leave it at that.

There's a reason why you pay a bit more than usual. If it looks good, and fits you well, then you should pay what it's worth. If you head over to Macy's and get a one-size fits most, or a t-shirt that makes you look like a cone, it will be a cheaper price.

I am a regular customer. I love shopping here.
