People who are complaining are just 1 time Uhal renters. They don't live here to know how wonderful this corner store is. Honestly, I think it's the Uhaul's fault and it seems they don't rent U-Haul anymore here. GL to all the complainers who have to drive further to look for U-Haul dealer.

best place ever, they have the nicest people there its cheap, 1,75 for a coke instead of the 2,90 7-11 charges. on top of that I love the way that they help customers there. 5 stars......

Family milk is a family owned business, every time I go in to buy something they’re always very welcoming. Not to mention if you are on a diet, they have the best ZERO sodas!! It ranges from ZERO dr pepper (cream soda version) to ZERO orange crush and many more!

PS if you are a cat person.. you might see their beautiful kitty walking around

If I had to guess why there are so many negative reviews, I would say because the bad eggs have a louder voice than the satisfied customer. As a regular, I can say these people.are both loving and fair.

I don't usually write reviews but I checked their google for their hours and saw a low review. It's a convenience shop run by a nice couple. They sell lotto, convenience, flowers and many more. They do it well.

After seeing such a large amount of negative reviews, I had to change the perspective. This is my neighborhood convenience store and I shop here at least once a week. It's a family run business and the owners are amazing people. So friendly and helpful. The wife and I have bonded many times over her plant selection and I get most of my house plants from them. Of course it's not as stocked as a 711 but it has the basics. My main point is, the owners are fantastic people and I will continue to give them my business as long as I live here.

Based on the reviews, we fully expected to have a horrible experience picking up our u-haul, but to our surprise, it went very smoothly. The store owner had a funny sense of humour which made it us laugh, and he didn’t try to gouge us on stuff. In fact, he even offered tips on how we could save money on our final bill. Cute store with flowers and some super random nick nacks to look at.

I don't even know what the people who gave this place a poor rating are talking about! This is a neat and lovely store run by a nice man and woman who are hard-working and kind. They sell beverages that aren't available in Canada as well as other neat supplies. I reccommend if you have a thing for convenience stores.

Gave us a van with no license plate in the back and proceeded to tell us to just drive... asked for moving supplies when we booked online but when we arrived they had nothing and just canceled the supplies?? Called Uhaul Customer Service they didn't care either.

The staff member who helped us was completely rude. I have never experienced someone providing a service be this absurdly angry before. This man was yelling at us after asking a simple question about how payment worked. I have video of him yelling at us. It’s absolutely disgraceful and embarrassing. He honesty should not be working for U-haul if he is this impatient and rude with his customers. I’m not the first one to experience this either. Just look at all his other reviews on google about him yelling at customers. U-Haul, you really need to review your association with him.
